In Myanmar these Chinese tourist are called ZERO BUDGET TOURISTS coz they don't bring any money . All Inclusive trips paid already in China.

In many European and Scandinavian countries , USA , UK , Aussie , you can apply for PR after some 3 or 4 years consecutive stay , no matter you have work or not. Here in Thailand , even after 100 years stay and 200 grand sons and daughters with Thai wife you have no chance to get PR if you have only marriage or retirement visa. Or else you need to win 1 st prize Thai lottery several times to get enough money to invest...Poor Us....

Just simply say Goodbye to your investment in that house and land. I bought a brand new 2-Storey house on beautiful a garden of 400 sq meter in Bangkok 5 years ago. . All on my Thai wife name. I don't own nothing.If she kicks me out , that's the end for me. So far I am still there with my wife of 35 years of marriage. You buy condo , you can own it. You buy house with land , you own nothing. Forget blue or yellow or green or purple books . This is Thailand.
