Hi

I have a valid work permit and currently 90 day reporting.

I work on 3 month contracts but due to the current situation I have a gap in contracts, the next will commence in september. Am I required to cancel current WP and Visa?

I currently have a Work Permit and Visa but the company I work for cannot provide work for a few months.. after that they will have work for me. I'd prefer not to cancel and renew, should I hold onto both?

You will, however, need to submit documentation supplied by your employer that is signed by a company director. There is no way of getting these documents without your employers agreement.

I have been working full-time for one year for a college and had a work permit and appropriate visa. I now wish to go Part-time for the same college. The college will accept me working part-time but tell me they cannot help with Work Permit/Visa etc. Is it possible for me to get legally through an agency? Thank you for any advise offered.
