Can't say if she was was part of the gang because I know criminal gangs prey on the less privilege, gullible or even kids online to open accounts for them for a pittance.
For example, it was recently brought to my knowledge that my teenage child had been recruited by her classmate to create social media accounts for some online friends who pay 5 baht per account. I warned them to desist and pray they don't get a visit from the cyber cops any time soon.

Have you ever truly checked the price on your produce or meat they labeled after weighing it? The other products no way in hell they could charge different but the other Items as I indicated I have had issues and is why I send the GF into those sections. Remember unless you can read Thai how will you now if the affixed label is correct?
It's sometimes an honest mistake. I paid 3 times the price of eggplants in a Western country because the cashier was new and she didn't know there was a difference in price between the ones I was buying and a different variety.

We'll never know what transpired between the tenants and the landlord to make them trash the place. The a/c in my last apartment had a stale smell when I moved in, and the landlady made excuses about having it cleaned. Well, on moving out, I was forced to have the same a/c cleaned prior to having my deposit returned. Some landlords get what they deserve!

As a black African, I got the same interview in Vietnam and Cambodia almost 20 years ago. As a result, I switched to a Non-B based extension of stay, and it ultimately solved my problems.

That was only possible at my branch a couple of years ago. A police report wasn't required.

He's a westerner, which simply means he's qualified to do as he pleases to some TV members.
To the OP: Go get a real visa!

The part about needing to show the 400K again upon your 30 day return to get your final marriage extension of stay stamp is another new, UNANNOUNCED rule being enforced lately by CW Immigration in BKK.
There have been multiple posts here about it in recent weeks. Better get used to it, at least at CW BKK.
Just to be clear, that new requirement for marriage extensions at BKK CW is entirely separate and different from the new national rules relating to retirement extensions and needing to keep those bank deposit funds at certain levels, including a minimum 400K yearround.
Not new to me. Went through the same process from 2005 until 2012. At the time my agent would hold on to my passbook and debit card during the entire process, and only returned them after the final stamp was issued.
According to the agent at the time, checking to make sure the money was available was part of the investigation process which takes place during the one month consideration period.

Thanks for stating the facts, Sir. There are just too many myopic people on TV/AN these days who believe people are oblivious of happenings in the so-called West.
