I paid the social for 11 years as Director, and never used it. Almost 200,000 baht in total i think. Can I still get any advantages from it, even though I have stopped working do you think?

I also have 2 SETV from 2015 to beginning of 2016. And a few Visa exemption entries as well from 2015 and 2016

Happens all the time, ruining the business for the honest landlords. If EVERYONE refused to pay any deposits, no one would expect it anymore. Pay as you stay, same as in a hotel or ask to talk to previous tenants... 

How about Philippines then, compare to Thailand?

Any new info regarding Cebu and tourist visas? Or is it only Manila who issues them? Will they accept a return ticket after 90 (60+30) or must it be after 60 days. Is it also necessary for a single tourist visa?

A friend just told that he got his 60-days visa extended 30-day and then another, i think he said 30 days.

Buy the spec down from the top model as it has black leather. it has most of the fruit the top spec anyways, spec it up with the GPS and you will have basically the same vehicle for 100k less.

The white leather is a bastard to keep clean, my missus hates it.
