Hello Marvin, If you would like an agent you can find them easily on Facebook Real Estate Groups or you can contact them directly to their company website or phone. Perfect Home, Fazwaz and Chiang Mai property are pretty famous. However, I am also an agent if you would like to sell with me please send me a private message. Thank you ????

I have read on the internet and heard some people say that Hang Dong is like the best area to live in Chiang Mai.
It has nice ambiance with a mountain view. It is close to the city and amenities like schools, markets, and airport.
But I also heard that these days Hang Dong is getting too crowded and the traffic is bad.
In my opinion, I've been to Hang Dong a couple times and saw that it is still nice and livable, there might have some traffic in rush hours but if you use the canal road it is not too bad.
How do you think about Hang Dong?

I would say Doi Saket seems to be suitable with what you are looking for. It is around 20 minutes to the city and it is calm and private.
in Doi Saket city area you have almost everything you need e.g. banks, good restaurants, market, hospital (not as good as in the city but there are healthcare clinics).

foreign woman wondering the Pa-dead road every day
in Chiang Mai
Posted
I see her everyday in the Morning walking from somewhere in Pa-dead area toward the city. She has blonde hair, thin, not tall.
She wears the same clothes and walks slowly everytime I see her. I am not sure if she is homeless or not but surely she does not walk to exercise.
