I traveled from Poland with a work visa in late December. No problems at all, just follow the embassy website and your company should guide you through.

Took me 3 days to get everything sorted out including weekend.

The costs would be - insurance, visa fee and health certificate but I got that covered by employer

    Jaka firma?

To Szkola. I will try in October, but last official news told only tourist destinations will be opened for vaccined foreigners from 1st October without quarantine. But there is no information what's about Bangkok and what's about not-vaccined people in Oct.

  2. Hello everyone,

Just like in title, I would like to ask: Did someone with a non b visa go to Europe and come back to Thailand last time (e.g. last month) ?

If so,  did you have any problem on the Suvarnabhumi Airport to enter the country? How long did you wait for  COE certificate and other documents  in Thai embassy in your home country? There were any additional costs?

    Thanks for your answers,

    Kind regards,

    Daniel

  3. Thank you for your answers, one more time. I think it will be better to wait until October to visit my country when these all unnecessary covid restrictions will disappear.

Another thing is- from medical reasons (anaphylactic shock, I have medical certificate for it) I absolutely cannot take any vaccine for covid. Especially that a lot of  people had healthy problems after those "vaccines" and will have in Future (because virus is mutate and will hit vaccined people stronger than others).

In other hand if there are contraindications, nobody can force you to take any vaccine and nobody can limit you in travel because it is against the international laws (in theory, we will see in practice).

  4. Hello,

Actually every year I should make PET-C scanner test, but last year and this year I cannot do it in my home country because of Covid paranoia (in many countries doctors don't want to see other diseases, only covid). Anyway, I checked before about this test in Bangkok, but in private hospitals it is very expensive (3,000 $ or more). So my question is- is it possible to do this test if I have Social Security, here in Bangkok, Thailand?  And the second question- do you know some insurance company which could give me assurance policy to make PET-C scanner test?

I don't hide it is very important thing for me, so I will be grateful for answers.

    Kind regards,

    Daniel

  5. Hello,

Does anybody know some indoor swimming pools which are open also for people outside of hotels in Khao San Road area ? Or maybe you know some outdoor swimming pools which are still open after 6pm Monday-Sunday in the same area?

I will be glad if you can answer, if you know price will be even greater,

    Thanks,

    Daniel

  6. Hello,

Since 2019 I have been staying and working legally in Bangkok, Thailand. With work permit and visa non-b.

It is possible that in April/May I will have to go to my home country in Europe, however I would like to come back to Thailand after 2-3 weeks and continue my work.

So the question is-is it possible, if so under what conditions (quarantine,  pcr tests,  insurance) ?

I would like to mark the fact,  I am not here as tourist, I stay here permanently.

I will be glad if you can answer straight or send some link to full information about it

    Thank you,

    Daniel

  7. Hello,

Well, I stay in BKK and I have never been to Krabi, but next month when will be holidays, I would like to visit this beautiful place. However I have informatron from several different sources that now, after covid-19 it is very quiet (similar like Koh Samui and Phuket). So I would like to ask people who stay there and have the best information about current situation:

    - how is about entertainment on Krabi now? (clubs, restaurants, bars etc.)

    - what's about foreign tourists ?

    - how about prices in hotels, shops, reastaurants, on the beach?

    - is it worth to go now in current, economic crisis situation?

I am wonder what are your opinions, I will be glad if you can reply.

    Thank you for your answers,

    Have a nice day,

  9. Finally some people speak about this problem. Love and relationships are other victims of pLandemic. The truth is- THERE IS NO PANDEMIC. Big farma lies, globalist mafia lies, many medias lie. Example? Last time in US officialy new, corrected statistics showed that 94% of covid victims died not because of virus, but because of other reasons (heart problems, cancer etc.). Every year in the world die about 70 milion people, in 7 months covid killed maybe 700,000 (but statistics about it are generally fake). In Belarus and Sweden there were no restrictions, no lockdown. Results? Not many people died because of covid, economy is fine, health care works normally. Lockdown in other countries, restrictions etc. Results? People die because of lack of normal helath care, more suicides, more depression, less work, less money, economical crisis, no freedom.

But bilions of people hurt for real, not because of covid, but because of stupid, facsists, totalitarian restrictions, lack of medical aid, lack of freedom, depression, unemployment and demaged relationships. I wanna vomit when i read these all <deleted> about covid and when I see people who sold their liberty for fake safety. What safety is this if you have no rights?

In Europe and America mostly people know that "pandemic" is <deleted>. Time that Thai people will open eyes.

    P.S.

I know some people will tell me now "if you don't like it, get back to your f>>>>> country." so i will answer to people who speak and think like this: If you don't care freedom and love and you like restrictions, go to North Korea. It is a perfect place for slaves and you will be safe there.

  10. Good morning everyone and happy New Year,

I have a short question. My visa non b as well as my work permit is valid until 30/04/2020. However afer 15 April I will have to go to visit my home, in Europe. That time I can't go to Immigration and Labour Office. So the question is- can I extend my  visa non b and work permit e.g. before Songran (13-15/04) ?

I will be glad if you can answer,

    Regards,

  11. Hello,

Never ending story about canceling the old visa non B and getting the new one. About 8th May I can apply for the new non B visa. But until this time I must make order with the old one non B single entry. One person told me- go to Cambodia by land border for a few hours. You will cancel your old non b visa in this way, and when you come back you will get 30-days to stay in Thailand. Meanwhile, you can go to Laos for the non B visa. But another guy told me- you can't do like this, they will stop you on the land border when you want to return from Cambodia. Better cancel your work permit and visa first. Ok, great, but how to do that when I can't count that my old employer will be fair with me?

So my question is: How can I cancel my Work Permit and current visa non B? Where, when (I need time until 9th May minimum) and what to do? Step by step- could you write me?

When I don't know what and how to do something, I ask people who know better than me and who have bigger experience and bigger knowledge than me. That's why I ask.

I will be grateful for your answer/answers,

    Best wishes,

  12. Hello,

Today one person told me, if I would like to apply for a new visa Non-B (soon I will), first I must ask my old employer for cancellation letter. According to this, I need cancellation letter for old visa non-B, because without it I can't get a new non-visa. And this cancellation will spend 8 days. And this person did it before like this. But my new employer says, I can wait till old visa will be expired (till next year?) or cancell it when I will go to Laos for the new visa non-B.

For sure I don't want make a mistake and I want everything will be clear and leagal in documents.

And know I am confused, becasue I don't know who has right and what to do in this situation.

I will be glad for some advise,
    Thank you,

  13. Hello,

Happy Songkran ! Maybe it is not the best time, but I must about 1 important for me thing. Now I still have valid visa non-immigrant type from old work place. But soon I will start a new work and new employer want make me a new visa non B. Even if I will have all necessary papers to do it, there is one, big problem. From February all applicants must book an appointment in Thai Embassy in Vientiane. And as you know many people wait 2-3 weeks for appointment. I can't wait so long. But I heard in Thai Consulate in Savannakhet they do it quickly (in 1 day) and there is no big queque. So I would like to ask- can I make new visa non-immigrant type B in Thai Consulate in Savannakhet? There will be no problem about it?

I will be glad if you answer me,
    Thank you for your answers,

  14. Hello,

I will tell you shortly what is the problem. In early November 2018 I started work for the Private school in Korat. That time I was on the tourist visa. Usually agency should do everything what is necessary to get visa for their employee, but my agency didn't do anything and there was no contact with it. So private school started visa non imigrant type B process. I went to Laos for visa non B and I got it. I paid for eveything, however school was obligated to return money for visa (2, 000 THB). I came back with visa non-immigrant and the process to get full visa non B, work permit etc. was continued. School had over 3, 5 month to do it. But they swamped it all.  Today in school they told me, I can apply for the next term-time and they can make 12- month visa non-immigrant B and work for me in May, because of... some bureaucratic problem. And I should extend my visa in local Immigration Office till 17 th March when my current non B visa will be expired. They still didn't return me 2, 000 THB for the December non B visa.  Situation is weird very much, because they still have 24 days to make visa non B and work permit for me. Why they don't want to do it? What do you think about it?

And if I want to extend my current non-immigrant visa type B:

    1) Can I really do it in the local  Immigration Office?

    2) What documents are necessary?

    3) How much they charge for this type of visa extension?

    4) Must I have contract for apartment renting?

    5) Can I extend my visa about the 1st of March?

I will be glad if you answer me, for me it is very important.

    Thank you,

    Daniel
