My passport was about 6 weeks which was obtained from a city office block with a strange name.
Many countries have embassies in BKKbut apparently the UK sold theirs for 500 million to Central Group

I was unsure about the situation and couldn't do my reporting because they were closed.
So I heard it wasn't required. I was still unsure and tried to do online reporting for the first time but after 7 or 14 days that it was due. The online reporting didn't pass the first stage which apparently tells you whether it is being processed.
I dont want to lose my retirement extension so the next time I passed immigration and there was little waiting I asked if my online 90 day had actually happened. Officer said no because you submitted online after the expiry but that wasn't a problem due to the situation.
Reporting done. All good.

I am amazed at this discussion. So I joined the site.
There is no doubt the top tyre companies make tyres that can make a difference to stopping in the wet or dry and get you around corners in simple terms. However good a driver you are, things happen.
When they do it’s best not to contribute to the local accident rate in my opinion.
I don’t drive interesting cars here. Vios, Hilux, CR-V but I suggest it’s not good to buy many of the Chinese tyres with strange names.
I drive a Porsche and a semi performance Toyota in the UK. A friend put some Linglongs on the Toyota which is very tolerant to tyres and I replaced them immediately.
I am not a driving god but appreciate that good tyres keep you safer than ditchfinders.

Regarding the unfortunate car under the tree.
There are not a lot of Saturn Aura cars in Thailand and not really a model you would want to import.
I may be wrong.
