Given that we will be deem a tax resident in Thailand if we stay more than 180 days.

I want to find the interest level of a plan to time share a 12 months lease by two families. 

[Because a one-year lease is cheaper than two six-month lease, hence the motivation]

I.e. family A will pay (and stay) for the first six months and families B will pay (and stay) for the second six months.

There are some logistics and trust issues obviously.

I.e. What if one family back out mid way or damage the property?

Any one have any suggestion to mitigate these or suggest a better plan?

You can also tell me this plan is "non-starter" 🙂

I want to get the Tdap booster, and I thought there are only 2 brands available:  Boostrix and Adacel.  However, when I called couple hospitals to check the brands and the prices, they all told me that they offered Boostaden.  They told me that Boostaden is a vaccine against tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis, while Boostrix additionally protect against polio.  I tried to look up Boostaden on the internet, but I can't find any information on this particular brand.  Can anyone clarify my confusion?  Thank you.

Has anyone had Ultherapy in Pattaya or Bangkok?  Any recommendation on clinics or hospitals for this procedure?  Thanks and look forward to your input.

According to Pattaya Memorial's website, colonoscopy is 16,500 bhat, see screenshot below.  Last year colonoscopy at Bumrungrad was 23,000 bhat (this year is probably more).  Pattaya International is over 50,000 bhat.  Anyone has done a colonoscopy at Pattaya Memorial?  Is your experience positive or negative?  Would you recommend this procedure at this hospital?

I am looking for an eye doctor in Pattaya who can speak reasonably fluent English.  I have been having a swollen eyelid for a few days, think it is caused by a bug bite, but could be hordeolum.  Like to get that checked out.  Any recommendation?  Thanks!
