Looking for a good Thailand based broker

i understand that there are higher fees with the Thailand based brokers. was wondering which one would have the best rates -
I want to invest in the US stock market and because i am based in Thailand and all my money is here i am looking for a Thailand based broker that has low fees and can give me some advice as well. I came across UOB Kay Hian Securities when googling but not sure if that one is the one to choose or if there is a better option .

I have a bit of spare cash that i would like to invest in the S&P500 and was wondering how to set up an account to do so from within Thailand. All my money is Thailand now and i have already an account with BKK bank.
