This is the normal business practice by foreigners who want to set up a business in Thailand.  This is the first I am hearing that it is illegal.  Or not entirely legal?  Or something they want to make illegal in the future and retroactively punish those who were never breaking any existent law?

I think it's just a setup to extract more under the table money from foreign owned businesses.  

According to a Phuket Police Major Mr. Bajaj went into Mr Bullman's room and threatened him with a Steak Knife to quiet him down.  He actually stabbed Bullman in the shoulder, according to police.

On Thursday, Major Ekkachai Siri of the Thai Tourist Police in Karon, Phuket spoke to the local newspaper, The Phuket News, about the tragic incident.

He explained that Mr Bajaj, at some point, lost patience with efforts to get the Norwegian resident at the resort to quieten down and took the matter into his hands. ‘Mr Bajaj carried a steak knife into Mr Bullman’s room. They started fighting and Mr Bajaj stabbed Mr Bullman in the left shoulder,’ the Thai police officer explained. This happened at approximately 4 am.

If she did that in Singapore likely get the cane.

Women do not get canned in Singapore.

This is sad, it is spanish fly, which is deadly if you consume too much.

Gentleman up country, go to the pharmacy and get some Viagra.  Don't take too much, it really works and is not lethal.
