I wonder anyone has experience put a will for your child. I'm a Thai citizenship lives in US. I own a land, house in Thailand inherits from my parents. Can I set up a will and give those assets to my son. He is 7 years old US citizenship. I don't want him to have two citizenships at the moment. Just because more works related to the issue when he is 17 years old. I want to prepare for the future and reduce messiness could relate to the financial. Thank you for any information you suggest.

Thanks to all for the info. I'm a Thai citizenship born in Thailand so should not be a problem with a work permit. I want to install cable modem in my own home in Phatthalung. Of course this plan will be moved forward after COVID-19 almost gone ???? - good news it will soon (keep fingers cross)

I plan to stay in Thailand and interest to set up a wife cable modem like I have in US. We plan to stay maximum 2 months at a time. During those times plan to work from our home in Thailand coordinates with our business in US. Anyone has suggestions what the good options we could have? Here we pay Comcast $125 / month for fast internet speed, unlimited and Cable TV.

I would love to find options that not too crazy prices and can deactivate when I'm not there in Thailand or back to activate if go back. Fast internet speed for working purposes. We use internet all day long :)

If I set up under Thai company, I own 51 %, my husband and son own 49 %. What happened if something happened to me and left only my son and husband? Do we require to liquidate or dissolve the company and asset or need to find new Thai investor?  Purpose, we would like to keep the company only in the family.

We run a business in US and seeing some opportunities to expand to Thailand. However, for our business model we prefer to own a land and building for the operation. I understood that at least 50% or more of shareholders must be Thai. I'm a Thai citizen and US citizen. My husband is US citizen. Our son is US citizen. Is there some way we could buy land and building for the business purpose? I'm very new to this information and start researching :)
