There was a shortage.  But they are available again.  Check out the Pharma Choice locations.  on Suthep Rd and Canal road.  Both were available a month ago.  Although the 20 amp boxed are now gone for good, you have to buy 1amp at a time - but same Bayer Testoviron - just new packaging ????

OP.  if you do not have a H2H visa in your passport from last year, Vientiane is super easy now and accept combat visas. I just returned from this exact trip 5 days ago.  Vientiane only accepts them if your passport is free of previous visas from that school.  Hong Kong was ok a year ago also despite previous combat visa.  

You can also lose your passport and get a clean new one from consulate so Vientiane will take you..
