Yes they do, and it varies by package bought, the more you pay the better it gets.

I am on TOT, paid for a higher package and my International speed jumped x10 !

The old addage I guess, you get what you PAY for.

Tot are the 2nd  worse supplier in Thailand for throttling International bandwidth CAT being the worst

  2. I have found 3BB to be the best overal Thai provider they throttle International bandwidth less than all of the others.

And before the Well I'm on xxx and they don't.

    YES they do

Yes absolutely.. I made it VERY clear we could not be there, she just wouldnt accept that and said we had to be. Not that should could say when we had to be there, just we had to be on call and waiting for them. After 2.5 months lock down, am not doing another one.

Together 16 or 17 years.. Married a decade.. At least 7 extensions in 2 different offices.. She said because it was an extension from a visa entry, it had to happen.

I feel your pain your in a catch 22.

As Joe says they could then refuse your extension.

Personally I would wait and then go on holiday.

But you must choose and once the decision is made you have to deal with the resulting consequences of your decision.

    Good luck

  5. Surely  regardless of official orders from on high.

People who have been around in Thailand a while on extensions where 90 day reports are required would in all honesty be better to keep there horses in a line and just do the 90 day report.

Therefore elevating the mass rush as and when the Amnesty finishes which we all know will happen. There will be zero chance of things being slowly done it will be bang that's it.

Common sense in my eyes to do it free up immigration offices for other more important tasks that will surely be needed.

But I guess and fully expect page after page of posts moaning about having to queue for hours to do there 90 day reports.

So come on let's be sensible and help ourself it's not rocket science.

One poster on here has stated that he was refused a yellow book because he wasn’t married ( Phitsanulock I believe ).

My Amphur required a certified copy of my passport, birth certificate and decree nisi!!

I know many who are single with yellow book for rented condos. First book I got was when I was single.

Marriage certificate, wife blue book/ID card among other things.

But the end of the day getting a yellow book varies widely from amphor to amphor so the only way to do it would be to prepare yourself for the run around nonsense and go there and ask.

My first one was easy enough, just alot of running around. When we sold our old house and bought a new one, I didn't even do anything to change the Yellow book, the wife just went there and took care of it.

Why Marriage Certificate you don't have to be married to get a yellow tabien ban.

You have a 1 year Non O ME Visa.

Your first 90 day permission of stay ends tomorrow.

You would normally leave the Country to re-enter and obtain another 90 day stay.

As borders are closed, your permission of stay has been automatically extended until July 31st via the amnesty, so you don't have to do anything, but watch for further updates.

Yet as Joe states grey area as he can get a 60 day extension.

And no one knows how immigration offices around the country will interpret the amnesty in all honesty.

Me personally if I was in the situations ie

Need a new extension based on marriage or Retirement I would go and get it as normal as I belive that's the case.

Need a 60 day extension on a non O ME. I would go and get it.

Same as I have done my 90 day report last month.

    Better safe than sorry.

As I'm sure things will go tits up when the amnesty eventually finishes.

The fact is your legally married both here in Thailand and in Sweden.

What your saying is to register the fact that you are legally married you need to.

As you would  if you married a Thai outside of Thailand here

    Absurd and depressing.

Has been open all the time.

Crowds fighting for boxes of beer.

    Now boosting?

Can someone beam me to Vietnam?

"boosting": the mom&pop shop in the district town where I buy beverages (crates) had business as usual all the time (just wearing masks of course).

Today: front of the shop with barrier tape, "entrance" with table, thermometer, cleaning gel, logbook

Fortunately they didn't care about the ....

Bye enjoy Vietnam. Thailand won't miss you

  11. If this helps now I don't know if it was just the wrong person. On the wrong day.

Last November took a mate up to KK main licence office he had all relevant documents med cert. Cert of residence pictures everything.

Refused him as he was on a 60 day extension based on marriage of his Multi entry Non O. Told him he needed a 90 day stamp?

Did a border run End of November. Went back early December No issue.

But as I say may have been wrong day.
