nothing wrong with the computer it is down to me . i deleted the download icon from the tool bar i then emptied the trash bin . I did not realise what i had done until a few days later . i have been on YouTube but advice given is not working .Rather than make matters worse i would like to give it to some one that knows what they are doing . Mac Air m2 a month old .

Udon Thani Computer shop that will solve a problem for me on my lap top. i dont know of one myself but i am hoping some one here will point me in the right direction . Thank you .Mac Book Air .

thay always send SMS to my phone ,maybe because i logon via my lap top .an extra security measure .

i wanted to send money from the UK to Thailand . never had a problem before i was sent SMS that worked ok but then page went blank , tried a number of times . has any one had the same problem today ?

I had a similar problem with Santander ,they sent lots of forms to my address in the uk asking do i own property in the uk do i own property in Thailand have i a business am i a partner in a business . cut a long story short i phoned them up spoke to a lady . told her i had filled the forms in and sent them back why do you keep saying you will close my account .she asked me would i be willing to answer the same questions now just answer yes or no , so i did never heard no more that was before christmas . One thing that was strange my online banking by computer would not let me log on the same time i received the letters i was told my pass word was wrong .i was told to download the app when i phoned to complain . so now i have santander app also my Thai phone number and i have lived here thirteen years . Yes i agree very stressful , i have been with them for years and always used the same address may i have just got lucky .

I have a prescription for new glasses can anyone please point me in the right direction in Udon Thani . to a reliable optician . Thank you .

Santander contacted me too . quick answer i still have an account for my pension to be paid into .Other than that no saving accounts as i am not resident in the UK .

i love living in Thailand friendly people never had a problem . i have seen many foreigners here make very bad life changing mistakes and become very bitter and angry . I understand i am an Alien but that is a rule of Thailand that i except . never had a problem with immigration because i stick to the rules , it is just an excuse people make when they accuse you of being a whinnger .

You have to register with Dee money prove your ID with passport . They are very easy to use , I think max you can send out of the country is 800000 bahts .per day .

Today i tried several times to send money to the Uk . Bangkok bank froze my account because of my constant use . I visited Bangkok Bank i was told there is a problem with the QR code .I contacted Dee money and explained i have never had this problem before .After waiting a couple of hours thay suggested i use another Bank .???? To be honest i dont think they have any idea on how to solve the problem . My next question is can i open an account with Super Rich ? can i exchange Bahts for Uk pounds . Is this possible at the small branch Super Rich branch in Udon Thani . Thank you .

Yes i understand , i had that problem with the Halifax two three phone calls before they got it right . This time it is Santander and i am having to change my security details . the contact number is all part of the details i have to fill in . if that is not accepted then back to square one .

Hello i have been on the phone for forty minutes to the Uk .They were very patient and have decided after trying to talk me through the process they will send details to my home address in the Uk . my daughter will send them on with instructions . they will arrive in two seperate letters for security . one thing puzzles me she said i am entering the wrong security numbers ? i have used these same numbers for many years ,also i used the same security number today with Wise money transfer . so i will now wait and see what happens and keep every one informed .
