Hello every one Thank you for your replies . Not the fault of Bangkok Bank or AIS it was me , I had up dated my phone (Samsung Galaxy 56 .) Yesterday I was checking my connections and noticed my Sim 1 was not connected !!! I don't know why but all good now . Thanks again for your responses.

yes it is AIS because when I use the internet provided by the apartment not a problem , when I switched to AIS no internet so it must be AIS all though they seem to think not their problem . never had a problem with AIS before .

Lately when trying to pay by QR code Bangkok Bank comes up with unstable connection. I use AIS and they seem to think not a problem their end ? Any one else had the same problem .

Thank you Member. Santander UK have my address as Thailand and say not a problem me living in Thailand . yes I see from a security point of view on them sending my new card . I suppose I will just have to see what happens .

I have account with Santander will they post my new debit card to Thailand. ? From the UK.

My pension did not arrive in my Bangkok Bank today . A quick question was Bangkok Bank open yesterday ? I noticed Immigration was closed for a holiday . That would mean if the bank was closed it would make my swift payment later . I phoned Uk GoV pensions that said all good their end , I did ask if I down loaded a life certificate my self in the future would it be ok with them . I was told not a problem .

Himmel where did you find details how to down load the form .

Simple question is it possible to down load a UK life certificate .

Thank you for your replies .This morning I went to Bangkok bank and went through with this ridiculous face scan again after two attempts it worked . I explained to the young lady if you have poor eye sight it is not possible to see the instructions and that means you will fail the test . The lady was very polite and helpful but of course it is not her fault as she is not responsible for these security measures . I have not had many problems with Bangkok Bank and when I have had a problem they have been very good with their customer service .

This morning I was declined a payment .redirected to Bangkok bank ask to do a face scan .the big problem for me without glasses i cant read the instructions .example blink turn head to right or left. I have now told to visit my bank .has any one else had this annoying problem .

nothing wrong with the computer it is down to me . i deleted the download icon from the tool bar i then emptied the trash bin . I did not realise what i had done until a few days later . i have been on YouTube but advice given is not working .Rather than make matters worse i would like to give it to some one that knows what they are doing . Mac Air m2 a month old .

i wanted to send money from the UK to Thailand . never had a problem before i was sent SMS that worked ok but then page went blank , tried a number of times . has any one had the same problem today ?

I had a similar problem with Santander ,they sent lots of forms to my address in the uk asking do i own property in the uk do i own property in Thailand have i a business am i a partner in a business . cut a long story short i phoned them up spoke to a lady . told her i had filled the forms in and sent them back why do you keep saying you will close my account .she asked me would i be willing to answer the same questions now just answer yes or no , so i did never heard no more that was before christmas . One thing that was strange my online banking by computer would not let me log on the same time i received the letters i was told my pass word was wrong .i was told to download the app when i phoned to complain . so now i have santander app also my Thai phone number and i have lived here thirteen years . Yes i agree very stressful , i have been with them for years and always used the same address may i have just got lucky .

I have a prescription for new glasses can anyone please point me in the right direction in Udon Thani . to a reliable optician . Thank you .
