Yesterday, extended my Non-B visa at Chaeng Wattana which will be expired 26/Sep.

Given considering stamp until 27/Sep then get the actual visa extension stamp.

Extend it as early as possible since I need to travel on early Oct.

Don't want to travel with 30 days considering stamp, if cannot come back in time my visa will be voided.

2 Pfizer shots and 2 Moderna shots as booster, all in Thailand.

Wearing mask once I step out from my condo.

Up to now, 3 of my staff in office got Covid.

Never been crowded places except taking flights.

Self test with ATK weekly.

So far so good, no Covid.

Agreed, observing of seller review/rating is important.

Unknown calls can just  be ignored and don't answer.

How about unknown/unfamiliar sms that contained a link (bit.ly/XXXXXX)?

Sometimes they want to be "helpful" and stamp you for 30 days which really can cause you headaches.

If 3 months after 1st mRNA booster, you are qualified for 2nd booster.

Received paid Moderna booster last month from them.

3 times yearly WP checkup, all with this test item in my medical reports. 

But not sure if "Reactive" will affect WP.

You have to enter your Arrival Date, so hopefully the reviewer verifies that and doesn't go off your previous new system 90 day report.
