In thailand the PAD are scratching their head and wondering why the democrats are celebrating and how Obama can take over the white house. PAD got support from only maybe 1 percents of thai vote and they occupied the government house. BUsh and McCain got millions of voters. Surely no way Obama is going to the white house. In the weeks to come, republicans not happy with the results can surely gather in the white house, live there, cook tomyam and sell cheap t shirt. That is the meaning of democracy and surely there will be no risk of police or military arresting them after all democracy means losers have right to demonstrate and party in the government house

They've bought a place at the newly built 'trendy' condo (what a <deleted> name..!). Teacher explained the Jasmine place was hiking up rents.

I recommend the place, I sat the course last month, only me and a japanese girl in the class so it was like private lessons, but I guess thats just luck - depends how many sign up for your month.

I've seen pictures of the new place and it looks good.

I didn't pay the course fee until 2 or 3 days in (kept forgetting to take it) nobody even asked me, They're pretty laid back, and a nice informal atmosphere.

I got a request for updated photos, so here is a new one taken from the same vantage point. I'll take a few more from ground level when I wander past next. The roof seems done. There is cladding on the outside, glass has gone in.

That's a much better photo than the first. Mind you the grouting work on the near balcony looks a bit two bob.

I have completed inspection of my unit 15 floor. A type studio smallest. happy and lucky that trendy managed to get completed where many failed. Not for fussy buyers though. Some minor finishing not satisfactory. But i think for the majority of suffering owners who waited so long. This is one big christmas present.

Common facilities like swimming pool not complete yet but should be soon.
