Hi My European father moved to Thailand and died there. A soliicitorfrom Europe has applied to be administratör of the estate for dead father in court, but I never signed a power of attorney for this solicitor to represent me I understand my power of attorney must have been forged , by this solicitor as read that the court will not register the case at all if the children , all of them , have not signed power of attorney . I am only asking about this, and the fact the court will not givee the case nr, as they pretend to not speak English when I call, spoke English with the same guy . I am seeking help, but aware most legal ppl in Thailand and my country want a large down payment first, and then disappear with nothing done... Thankfull for any info confirming my POA is needed as child in court.
