I do not want to be a kill joy on this tragic accident but my thoughts are below. These are all my opinins not fact.
1 Firstly the road looks well lit judging by the light around the area and even behind the bike parked to the rear of the car. So even with a black bike in the road it should be more visible than an unlit road.
2 The rear end of the bike lies what looks like crushed beneath the car whose bonnet is wedged under the bike seat enabling the bike to remain upright so there is every chance the car was going faster than many people on here say as it would keep the bike upright till it stopped.
3 For the lady to be thrown backwards onto the car windscreen again appears to be a sudden impact rather than a shunt

I will be going to Mexico in April and am a bit confused as to what I will need when returning in May. I have a retirement visa and a reentry permit. I have the green vaccination certificate and my insurance covering Covid. I think I will need PCR test before returning and stay in a hotel when arriving and 5 days later both for more PCR tests. is this correct and is there anything else I need to do.
