As a property inspector in phuket everytime I go to a hotel I check around the pool. 80 percent of the time I don't allow my kids to swim. Sad. I take pictures and mention to the GM if possible.  They very seldom correct matters.

Anyone can actually get replacement title deed if their name is already on the deed or company's.  They get a police report saying its lost and in 2 months have a new title deed in hand.

As a property inspector for buyers for 14  years in Thailand I have never seen an outside railing under 3 feet or about one meter tall. Now I have seen the wrong type of glass used for such railings many times.
