Apparently they have more money then us.

They do as a matter of fact. They're the highest earning ethnic group in US and other countries. They earn double than an average White person. The rising Baht didn't affect them at all. No Indian complained about it. How much they spend and how they spend is nobody's business. Thailand wants people to spend and that's it. The so called rich and high spending whites are running away from a slight increase in Baht so it's better to focus on those who are coming no matter what.

Prepare for an increase in sexual assault... Indian men's reputation in their own country proceeds them... One of the worst countries for women's rights. True story.

<deleted>. Never heard any Indian sexually assaulting any women in other countries. What they do here is exactly the same as any westerners come here to do. Pay for sex. Also, there are for more sexual assaults happening in Western countries compared to India. Most of sex trafficking is carried out by the Western countries transporting poor girls and minors from Asia to West. Check the numbers. Don't just believe what your media shows you.

    No it would not.

You are applying for a non immigrant visa which is totally different than a tourist visa.

    Thanks.
I am trying to get the work experience letter from the last Thai company I worked for and I am confused as to what start date should I show.
I got my last non b visa in November last year and I came to Thailand on 25th November and started working. But I got my work permit almost a month later on 17 December.
So the company is asking whether they should put start date as 25th November according to Non B visa or 17 December according to Work Permit.
    Please help.

I do not see where it was stated that the application was rejected . He applied and paid the fee for the visas.

You need to understand that he applied at a VFS visa center and the application was sent to the embassy for approval. The embassy apparently did the visa sticker and then stamped it void.

Is it safe to a apply for a Non B visa with a fresh passport after Embassy voided the last tourist visa?
Will the void tourist visa affect the Non B visa application?

  5. How do I file an Income Tax Return when the company I worked for didn't file any?
I am getting a new Non B visa to work in a new company and the document requirement also include Income Tax Return from past year.
I did not earn any income last year as I got my work permit on December 17, but I worked for roughly 2 months this year in Jan and Feb and the income was too small for any tax liability. I have to show the Income Tax Returns even if it says zero.
I am really confused how to do this. The Revenue Office in Sutthisan has no one who speaks english and they don't understand anything. I want PND 91 or PND 1 to submit with my application for a new Non B visa.

Does anyone know how to do it and where it can be done in easiest and fastest way in Bangkok?
Also I am on a tourist visa right now as my previous Non-B and work permit were cancelled after I resigned. So is it possible to do it on tourist visa by showing that I previously worked here?

There can be an issue, but most likely not if the lawyer knows his thing. You should just try to get all the documentation available and tell him the information you got.

The lawyer said that I need to submit Personal Income Tax return (PND 91) showing a salary of 35k and to do that I need to show evidence of last company's withholding tax form to know whether the company deduct tax and submit to Revenue department or not.

The company has closed down and I don't think I'll get any of those documents.

But how do I pay Income Tax as I am on a tourist visa right now?

How do I know my tax details from Revenue department if they have any?

Sounds to me that the only thing you can do is tell the lawyer what the revenue department told you, as well as telling him that there is no recommendation letter.

I have told the lawyer everything. He is figuring out what to do.

Why they told you to say you only worked 2 month and never took any salury, is probably the reason neither you or them would like an investigation on you working on ED visa before getting a Non-B and a WP as well as probably better for you when you seem to have lost your papers.

I resigned on 27th Feb and told HR to cancel WP and I left for India as my Non-B was expiring next day and I came back in March on SETV. But HR forgot to cancel WP and I found out about that in April when I asked him about it as I was getting a new job and then he went to cancel it and he told me to say that I left in Feb without taking any salary and came back in April to officially resign on April 28th when the WP was cancelled. Maybe because they didn't want to pay fines for late WP cancellation or something like that. I am not sure.

I was working as intern on ED visa from my masters college which was valid till Oct until they got all the paperwork prepared and then I went back to get proper visa for work. Most students do internship during their studies. I didn't know whether internships also require work permit and Non-B visa because none of the students changed their visa during an internship.

Is there going to be any issue when the new company applies for WP3 document?
What should I provide when the Embassy asks for income tax returns and recommendation letter?

  8. I am going apply for a Non-B Employment visa in India and the company's lawyer is preparing all the documents.

He is asking for the Income Tax Returns of previous employment and recommendation letters which I don't have and I cannot obtain now since the company is not operating anymore.

I started working on 14 Aug 2018 as intern on my ED visa after I graduated from my masters study. ED visa was valid till Oct 2018. I was getting paid but not on paper. After it expired, I went to India with all paperwork and applied for Non-B visa and came back on 25th November and I got my WP on 17th Dec 2018. I officially started working from January after New Year for a short time (2 months Jan to Feb 2019) during my initial 3 month Non-B visa which was valid from 25 Nov 2018 to 22 Feb 2019 and Work Permit valid from 17 Dec 2018 to 16 June 2019.

I have the salary slip of Jan showing just Social Security deduction and not Income Tax deduction, but no Feb salary slip as I left before the end of month on 27th as there were some issues between the founders and the employees and everyone decided to leave.

I came back on a SETV in March and stayed for 2 months looking for jobs and giving interviews and asked HR of above mentioned company to cancel my WP which he did on April 28th 2019 and he told me to tell others that I only worked for 2 months and left without taking salary (I don't know why he said that). Then I went back to India in May for 3 months because of health issues and recently came back on another SETV and I have got a job offer. The company is preparing documents for me to apply Non-B in India.

Now I am confused about what to do. How do I obtain tax returns (I enquired Revenue office and they say I have to pay next year in 2020 not this year based on my salary slip of Jan 2019) and recommendation letter (Is recommendation letter necessary since many people have to quit on a bad note).
