  1. Makro probably has it too. If you want to buy a larger bottle or multiple bottles. Their pharmacy area has stuff like that but no real drugs other than paracetamol or things you'd find at 7Eleven.
  2. I used to swish with it at the dentist. I've used it on occasion too but not daily.
  3. This thread is looking for our village idiots. They'll show, but the real loonies don't even go online. That's probably the best solution for them anyways. Just go live in the forest "off the grid". I'd like to see all the conspiracies put on a timeline because most of the believers seem to forget the last ones and move on. I mean what happened to the 5G, chem trails and those earthquakes made by the CIA or whoever in the US. Maybe I shouldn't have mentioned anything. Now, the zombies are coming.
  4. I don't believe it's Cod. Jesus was a fisherman they say. He'd know.
  5. It wasn't much of a place in my opinion like the area in Rayong near it. Right now with few tourists around, it's probably a lot better than in recent years. I mean just for the quiet and cleaner waters. It was a boring dump from my experience there in the past, but I was there in the 90s and early 2000s. It's easy for people visiting from abroad staying in Pattaya for a couple weeks, but there are much nicer places over towards Cambodia or down south. Anyways, from that sand to roads is a big change, especially if you like riding dirtbikes. I understand that.
  6. Story of a kid adopted by a Japanese family who went to war with some Japanese language skills and got Japanese to surrender saving some lives. Still out there in the torrents. May also be on youtube. This one on Netflix touches on the Asian American experience during the period too but its a family movie. Well my choices may not appeal to all. I like some light stuff. Another one I like is this one. I'd love to get it on the torrents but it just isn't seeded. It's basically a story of the Pope takes a holiday.
  7. Just hear this BeeGees song. Wow, totally surprised this is them. I guess I only know some of their stuff. They sound like the Beatles in this in my opinion. Great version of Sergio's version with this woman.
  8. Lotus or BigC have pharmacies that have it
  9. I came across this one. Oldie that someone liked back in the 80s... I guess. ABBA was mentioned in the news today so maybe this guy will make a come back.????
  10. Fight for the right to gobble real pig balls! ... if that's your preference.
  11. Well, like everything in Thailand you rarely get clear answers. Actually, in Thailand anything is possible. Answers come like that ball in the pinball machine. Next time I go to Surin, I'm planning to stay 14 days anyways but the quarantine stuff will probably be more lax then.
  12. Well, that may be true to some extent, but not every corporation in Thailand wants this regime. You should see that some are worse than others.
  13. Well, when I got my second shot there was a table there where you went after the 30 minute wait. You gave them your passport and papers from the shot and they printed up a couple of pages that show you were vaccinated twice. One of the papers has a QR code on it. I guess you take that to the Ministry of Health in Bangkok and they will give you a vaccination book. I think you can use the papers they give you that day to travel too if you are going back to your home country or in Thailand. There's also an online certificate you can get but I haven't done that yet. Anyways, there should be a table somewhere at the place where you get vaccinated where you wait that 30 minutes to do the paperwork. Thais were also doing it I guess for future travels.
  14. I'm shocked it too so long for anyone to say that CP supports the corrupted Thai regime in power which has a prime minister who installed himself through a military takeover and his corrupted constitution. Geez. CP is the worst of all the super rich families profiting from connections. Some foreigners here don't care about the Thai people. They don't. They just want a cheap peaceful place to retire with their wealth from the west. But many do care. They want Thailand to change but nothing will change until the cronyism and nepotism in government and business is ended or at least brought under control of the laws. Right now, it's all corruption. CP profits from it just like Minor Group whose self-centered owner wrote a letter to the world posted in the Bangkok Post urging people to accept the coup. It's almost impossible to avoid CP products and businesses. There are many more than people are mentioning here. I was thinking about CP earlier today. They already have 7Elevens on many university campus and in many hospitals. If things continue in Thailand with these friendly military-approved regimes I bet CP will get small versions of 7Eleven in every high school in the country. Who knows they may already have their vending machines there. They'll do it. CP and 7Eleven <deleted> me off big time by kicking out all the other phone companies but CP-owned True Corp from their stores. You used to be able to buy a top-up card for AIS phones or pay your AIS phone bill there but they blocked that. It may be the same for DTAC. ( I think there was a story recently that there were rumours of True buying Dtac) Anyways, CP corp doesn't always do the best for the people. Kicking out AIS seemed very political to me. It's hard not to use CP. But having this massive monopoly controlling everything while cheering the present regime is pretty darn sad.
  15. Sure but there's also local culture and of course, it takes two to make a child. You can blame Thailand's government and Buddhist leaders for sustaining the ignorance. In rural areas, schools are still <deleted> and most are control by old people who don't really care about truth, facts and real education. They just push the same old brainwashing of love for everything yellow and Buddhist over the real needs of the people. Anyways, in the end, yes the people are lazy and often ignorant.
  16. หัวใจกระดาษ (Paper heart) .
  17. Educational film for those seeking freedom from colonizers... and others. The newer series...
