Not just Bangkok. Visibility is poor in Hua Hin, Pattaya and here in overcrowded, overdeveloped Phuket. Vehicles pass my Condo every few minutes belching out black smoke and nothing is ever done by traffic Police. Too busy collecting on the spot fines from tourists for not having a Thai driving license !
