    Is there any country where people who pays more taxes would receive discounts? Why would taxes exist in the first place then? 

     

    From most the conversations going on I doubt its mostly private hospitals since the bill is only in thousands.... Even if so, there's a completely valid reason if you would care to open your mind. 

  2. So for all the uninformed out there, the reason why there's a separate price for foreigners (the same applies for places like national parks, universities, etc.) is because the entity receives some form of government budget. Now if you can deduct that government budget comes from taxes, you can probably understand why foreigners who pay zero taxes would be charged higher.
