No one is trying to scare you and thats an pretty immature reply. Do what you want. Your OP asked could you have problem at entry based on your history. Im just relaying info to the question. Plenty of sources available to you to show the facts.  Can they stop you even with a visa, yes. Will they, probably not but no idea until you do it but better to know the exposure and be prepared. As I and others already suggested to you, have all the proper paperwork and be prepared to show financials if they ask.  Maybe not bother to post asking for input if you've already made up your mind on what the outcome is since your circumstances are "special".

I understand it, but there are the most crazy stories even if you have no visas in passport. I'm just asking if someone had questions when reentry. This topic goes way to offtopic but I still have no answers.

What questions were asked if yes? I have all valid docs available for mr officer. Legal stamp, schoolcard, visa, docs.

its the same for all visas. a visa does not guarantee you can enter, its a authorization to travel to the country in a given category. entry is up to Imm at point of entry. do your homework or stop trolling for your version of what you want to hear. its not my rules its thailand's as well as the rest of the world. If the imm thinks your abusing the system they can stop you regardless of your stamps and visa. Google might help you see the truth or you can keep blindly believing whatever you want, i dont really care.

ok, will stay in my basement because the people of aseannow makes me scared.

1 of many links that answers the question. Do some research and you get your answer

    https://www.legal.co.th/resources/visa-immigration-law/thailand-immigration-law/does-visa-provide-guaranteed-entry-thailand/

Am proud at your google work, but did you actually read that? This guy is focusing on TOURISTS who cannot proof that they are holidaying because they're so long here. I'm a student, visiting lessons, I have a school card and am earning money from my business in my own country. Nothing illegal going on. Different than a guy that comes with a tourist visa for the 3/4rd time in a year.

I don't understand why everyone is so offensive here. We could all use this information for ourselves. Even IF it was a problem, let's say mr officer doesnt believe your story, it's more usual anyway that they say (but this is last time) or something.

I'm not talking about the case that your visa school is a huge scam and it's been rolled up by police. Even then you would get out of it.

  4. Hey,

I have a student visa, just want to visit my fam back home in X-mas in Holland for 3 weeks. Will extend my study visa with 1 year before I Go, then go for a reentry permit.

Question, will they ask me questions at the airport when I enter thailand again? Or is it like 'we can make u scared but u have a visa so u can go in anyway?'

I'm here in Thai for 3 years, everything is okay, not did any crazy things or fines or problems with police etc, but I just always wonder about this ????

    have a great Sunday!

You asked me same question earlier.

You have been in Thailand on various visa and extensions for seems quite some time.

Now month out if Thailand you wish to return visa exempt.

At the very least expect some questions upon arrival.

Having said that it would not be surprised me at all if you post entered visa exempt without issue.

I doubt you would be refused entry as it's been a month out of Thailand.

Thanks for the reply. So this could all be waved away if I have a TR visa / evisa you say? I could apply for this, I am just exploring what is best for me. I still have time to fix this.

He may be asked to have do his immigration interview only in Thai after they move him to the senior I/O's desk for processing if he was a Thai student.  If it was Muay Thai, well then off to Lumpinee boxing stadium for a contest with Buakhow.....

Lol. maybe if you do this for 10 years. I just did this for 2 years and have blank passport pages. But thanks for the fearmongering, you must be fun at parties

Get a TR visa and an exit ticket (even if a fake one), in case they ask you. You can say you love the country and want to come back again and again to spend your hard earned money. How old are you?

i will get a fake exit ticket, but why should I do a TR visa if my country is eligible for visa exemption 45 days? Could you clear that up for me? I am 30 years old

  8. Hi guys,

I came to Thailand during Covid, used 1 tourist visa, 2 study visa's and a short covid visa (1 time between study visa's). No border/land crossings.

I got back to my own country, renewed passport pages etc. Now, after 1 month in my own country, I want to go back to Thailand. I am from Holland.

Will they ask questions at Thailand immigration at the airport? It is just my first time I arrive on air. They won't deny you right away, right? They will at least warn you before they do it for the next time I assume?

Am a bit worrying about this as I never experienced this before. Thanks in advance guys.

You still have a stay from a non-ed visa. According to the new order you will not be able to apply for another covid 19 extension unless they change the order in March if they issue another one.

Maybe their will be some border crossings open by March.

My agent said something like they will have a fixed visa run without quarantine. Would be perfect. However, why the hassle.. would just be better to let people pay extra money for a new visa right? Hell, we will see.

  10. I had an ED visa.

Yesterday I did a covid extension.

Do I still have Non-IMM (ED) status right now? Or is it covid extension status? What is my possibility to stay after this? I am so confused ????

26 march go be really hectic... will have overstay or have to be in the plane.. have a motorbike, condo, expensive <deleted> in house, fiber internet for a year... No idea how I will deal with all this insecurity. Not even mention about the Covid PCR <deleted> for 3 days..

  11. Hi,

My ED visa runs till February 13.

I want to have another ED visa (or volunteer visa) so I could stay another year in Thailand. Came Feb 2021, had a tourist visa and then a ED visa that expires soon.

My VISA service said they have to wait till the covid extensions because of the closed borders. The covid extension is now extended and I wonder if I could get a new visa now. Anybody know more about this?

I actually informed my visa service about the extension and I guess she is working it all out, but am a bit stressed now ????

This is a good idea. There are many foreigners that are entering Thailand with the new brand of Covid. I would like to see a fourteen day quarantine also reinstated for new entries. The January 15 opening of bars should also be moved up until the middle of next year on the new fears of covid.

Clown. I went to 2 weeks ASQ. Was 3 days out, got covid in Thailand. Do you think Thailand is a holy safe place with no diseases?

  13. Hahaha imagine getting tested in front of Treetown just for some girls and bring them home and get diseases after... and the people in moon outfits are really looking scared of the people... it looks like we are living in a movie and I truely cannot believe this. I will just buy a bottle and call birds to my room. Why are guys so despred? They really stick something in their nose just to drink beer in a bar with sweaty people and girls who push you for a drink.

The lemmings are the ones blindly accepting vaccination. Besides, that's what the talking heads on TV are telling them to do. Those refusing are the bright ones and certainly no lemmings.

The sheeps are the same types of people that get in line by the biggest line at the airport 'so they know that they will be alright'. Unfortunatel 80% of the mankind is stupid (if not more). It's more funny to see people wanting a vaccination so they could stay with their teelak / go on holiday.
