    in the next 2 months I am looking to move out of my condo and rent a house instead - Any area in Bangkok - any size - would prefer Bang na, Bang kapi, Srinikarin, On Nut Village areas but all areas considered.

    Currently at On Nut - very convenient but after 2 years, I feel like a change of neighbours and area, not because I find anyone offensive but because I'm bored to death of looking at the same views every day.

    Dont want a swanky new pad on a minted Thai or farang estate, just a town house or any house - would prefer a bit of outdoor space as well - a big balcony/roof garden/garden would be ideal.

    Seen a few in On Nut village for 7-8k per month, however they are a tad worn - can pay 10 - 15k per month - must have or be capable of having UBC.

  6. Im looking for a reasonably priced townhouse in Bangkok. It should be possible to find what im looking for around 15,000 baht or less as before i had a fantastic, brand new townhome in the On Nut area for half of this amount.

    Im looking for a minimum of 2 bedrooms and unfurnished.

    I am quite flexible as to the location as long as it is near to a BTS or MRT station. I prefer not to take any long walks to the local convenience store or to get a taxi for example.

  8. I have been hired by a company on Sukumvit soi 42 and I am looking for a townhouse in Rama III, Rama IV, Ekamai, Klong Toey or On nut areas. Basically I am looking to cut down my daily comute to under an hour each way. I have my own vehicle so this means I will be dealing with rush hour traffic.   10. I have a 13 Rai of Land in Kanchanaburi around 10 km to downtown. There is all infrastructure to that land. Asfaulst street pass this land which in middle of Kondo district. 2 side of land, they do rice field. The other side is small canal. Anyone has an idea. Sale or Lease. I live in BKK.
