Thanks for the feedback. The gap in my passbook covered 3 months, so I knew a statement would be needed. I initially was going to use the statements available from my bank app but will be taking an official bank statement instead.

I have a cumulative update in my bank passbook, so I have added a printout of my statements from 1 Jan to Nov that includes the gap. Will this suffice? Any firsthand feedback is appreciated!
