Planning to go back to the US in September and would like to return to Thailand in December. I have an OA visa entered Thailand mid April and fully vaccinated. Do I need to have a re-entry permit? Also I have purchased a Covid-19 insurance in April for a full year, I assume it will still be active when I apply for a new COE in December. Thank you for any helpful information.

I have a guesthouse and going to need internet service. Have 4 rooms on the first floor and I have taken over the top floor that also has 4 rooms. Would like to know if I will need a booster to have good high speed service for all eight rooms? There is an internet service provider 3BB 1 gbps / 500 mbps package, does anyone know if this should be enough or should I get another package?
Thank you

In the USA Instead of re sanding there is a process called RE SCREENING. Same process, with a rough pad that takes off the top surface of poly or whatever they use to re coat. Takes out scratches but not deep gouges in the floor. I’m looking for someone that knows this process and it may help with you floors.
