  1. I've had acid reflux for the last 55 years. There are many different pills you can take. lansoprazole, omeprazole, prilosec, etc.

Currently prevacid is working for me, but before that I had to experiment with many others

    I still have to take Pepto when I drink ! ! !   I'm 73

    KRATOM ......................................

Researchers have found that people report using kratom to alleviate pain, to address symptoms of mental health conditions like anxiety and depression, to help stop or reduce opioid or other substance use and to manage withdrawal symptoms and cravings related to opioids and other drugs.Mar 25, 2022

What are the benefits of kratom for pain?  Mayo Clinic

Kratom is believed to act on opioid receptors. At low doses, kratom acts as a stimulant, making users feel more energetic. At higher doses, it reduces pain and may bring on euphoria. At very high doses, it acts as a sedative, making users quiet and perhaps sleepy.Feb 20, 2019

  3.   I'm 73 living in NYC and returning back to BKK after 2 years absence.

    Current Visa Req's needed:

    • 1. Passport or travel document with validity not less than 6 months.
    • 2. Photograph of the applicant, taken within the past six months.
    • 3. Evidence of travel from Thailand (air ticket paid in full).
    • 4. Evidence of adequate finance (20,000 Baht per person and 40,000 Baht per family).

    Notice #3.

My plan is utilize onwardticket.com for my ticket out of BKK. I will apply for my non-O visa during the 60 days in BKK.

My question is this?  If arriving BKK August 11, what date/country do you recommend I buy the ticket for to show immigration for my Visa here in the USA in order to apply (#3)?

    Thanks

  4. My expensive watches go back to the manufacturer.  The others I bring to the watch repair shop on the bottom floor of Robinsons, Saphan Taksin pier. Next to Bangrak Bazaar.  Been using him for the last 8 years with never an issue.  Really nice guy.  I speak Thai, but he also speaks English pretty good ! ! !

  5. I'm returning back to BKK from NYC.  For my tourist Visa, a return ticket is required when applying.  I will buy my onward ticket to show my exit out out BKK.

My question is this---since I have to apply for my Visa not less than 30 prior to departure, does that onward ticket expire.  I am certain the airlines in NYC will require me to show an exit out of BKK ! ! !

    Please advise.  Thanks

  6. For entry to Thailand from the USA for a tourist visa these are the requirements.  And YES, check out #3.  Evidence of travel "FROM" Thailand

  7. I've been smoking for over 50 years, in BKK for 6+.  My daughter and her friends bring me 50+ cigars every visit.  It's very difficult to find "fresh" cigars in BKK. When I run out, I go over to the Mandarin Oriental.  Pricey but they have a great room to smoke in while enjoying cocktails.

I find it more difficult to find a place to smoke ! ! !

  8.

I used to use MSH Int'l. They were bought by LUMA.  I just turned 73 and uninsurable by them anymore.  They referred me to Pacific Cross.

As for the amount, I always buy 10 million bht.  No drama, no worries.

I used Mister Prakan.  They are terrific. I've had surgeries and there was never an issue nor a raise in my premiums.

    You can use my name.
