I completely agree with you while in bangkok.  Less traffic, LESS pollution, no need to occupy my time n money w all the overpriced attempts the city offered.  Just spend quality time w good friends.

You are correct, Thai landlords would rather let their places go empty.  HOWEVER, in Thailand, unlike Western Countries, you may 've able to bargain with your new landlord a bit if you sign a longer lease. Prices in NyC, went down slightly only in certain areas after 9/11, but went RIGHT BACK UP Within two years.

I received my flight credit+10% from Qatar about 3weeks after I cancelled it.  Domestically in usa of the 3 flights, Only Delta issued the ecredit immediately.  BOTH American(2weeks) & Spirit(1 month) haven't responded yet(since date I cancelled).

Where are the tests from?

From my experience, tellers here have VERY LIMITED, knowledge, training and capabilities.  They can't access accts other than yours at their bank, so transferring From another bank is OUT of the question.  And the response is typical when they don't know what else to say.

Here's a novel idea, WHY DOJT PARENTS demand to speak to the foreign teachers during parent/teachers conference? Thai students are notorious for leaving words out.  Don't judge a teacher You never met! 

These underlying conditions could be prevented if Thai people would change their diet.  Why is nobody talking about the absurdly HIGH rate of diabetes sand HIGH blood pressure among thai people?

Click on check status there not always emailing updates, my friend was told this as hers was pending for nearly a week.  When she clicked update status, It was already approved

So why are such flights still being permitted??  What happened to their previous boarding medical clearances??

My colleagues went March 19, To the new location in silom.  The small amount of staff were VERY RUDE AND made them sit outside,  But with the help of one of our thai staff, it GOT done.  So if you go on your own, no guarantees!

Strict movement policies, transparency AND FREE TESTING, IF DONE WEEKS AGO could have controlled this.  NOW YOU GOT TO FIX PROBLEMS!  I bet the dismantled party would have handled this differently!

Its a ridiculous policy that drivers are held responsible!  BLAME TGE RESTAURANT!!

Also what reason did the customers give for refusal???
