Rarely there are some townhouses in Puket-Town for 15K.

Actually plenty available in this price range Phuket Town - Chalong and if you could would like to live just north of Phuket Town in Thalang, can find what you are looking for under 10,000. I paid 8,000 for a 2 year old, two story town house with lovely yard in secure community in Thalang.

gik is from the word "goog-gik" means being cute/having fun/playful together secretly.

There are many young couples in thailand who have gik as well as fan (boyfriend/grilfriend), but if you're married and have another woman it's not "gik" it's "mia noi"

Juu-jee I think means the same as playboy or player. They call a guy that has many girls "snake head" or Im sure you have heard of butterfly.

Well, what the hel_l! LOS makes it very easy to stay, just stick to the rules.

I had a company here and my proper work permit, and I was paying taxes. Now I am retired, and I got my proper retirement visa. Where is the problem? If anyone wants to stay here, (s)he should read the rules and decide if (s)he can accept it. If not, (s)he should stay where (s)he is. You always have the option to spend your holidays here.

Forgive me but isn't the real crime here the fact that these girls paid 500 baht to a tuk tuk??? ouch!

Have to agree with Coutty here - am sure the girl's travel agent forgot to mention that "oh, by the way - don't be getting drunk and expect the taxi / tuk tuk driver to see you safely back to your hotel without R_APING YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Another reason to break the strangle-hold of Phuket's tuk tuk transport "MAFIA" (?) - this is outrageous - the story was TOP 4 in the Australian world media today....

Have to disagree a little here

Firstly , in a couple of years in Patong I got on great with the tuk-tuk drivers

that park on Bangla. Never had a problem. That's not talking about the "cruisers"

like the guy my GF said was on YaBa and happened to have a gun in his pocket.

There are cowboys and outlaws but I found they were very much in the minority.
