No, Anutin wants to vaccinate foreigners, of course.
When they needed to register Thai Nationals for covid injections the Mor Prom app was set set up and registration options completed or ALL 50 MILLION Thai nationals within about 48 hours.
For expats, Anutin has still trying to say that, after three weeks, for just a few thousand expats, they are still just in the process of setting up a register......and you still suggest he wants to vaccinate expats.????

I renewed my UK Passport at Trendy in November. Very efficient. If your hotel booking is a (semi) permanent address that is acceptable. Once you have completed your application, all communication between Trendy and yourself is done via email and telephone, they don't normally contact you via your hotel.
When you collect your new passport at Trendy they will automatically ask you if need a letter for Thai immigration to transfer any visas, etc. into your new passport and, if you do, they will supply that to you at the same time.
Be aware though that the letter they supply has an embossed BE stamp on it and Immigration will need to have that original letter. They will not accept a photo copy. Takes about 5-10 minutes to complete the transfer at Thai Immigration.

The issue is I MUST wear it correctly to ENTER their stores, so the staff should also comply.
Where do you live? All the stores here where we live basically comply with the rules, even though the virus is virtually non existent. Unlike in the UK where very, very few even wear a mask (correctly or otherwise) and temperature testing is non exististent. Even though the system isn't perfect, I know where I feel safer........and it's definitely not the UK.

Surely the whole point of having any vaccine is that even if you do get and pass on the virus, it won't harm you?
Therefore if enough people are vaccinated it doesn't matter if they pass it around between them - i.e. transmit it to another vaccinated individual
I don't think you can assume the process is that straight forward. These vaccines are reputed to be 90% effective and that may well be true, with the 70% effective guideline also being acceptable. In fact, most virus vaccines available today are les than 80% effective, with some as low as under 60%. And passing on an infection to another vaccinated person does NOT mean that infection is any less serious. It can be equally, or even more, serious, even after vaccinations.
For example, in the UK, almost all people currently under about 45-50 had a TB vaccine when around 12-14 years old and were advised at the time, immunity was for life (although now quoted as 40 years). I myself was vaccinated in 1963 but caught TB from a Thai person in 1993. My son then caught TB from me, just seven years after having his own TB vaccination.
One of my lungs was severely and permanently damaged by the TB and is now useless, plus, although not as bad, my son's lung was also permanently damaged.
So it's definitely possible to still catch a virus after having a vaccination, and that virus can definitely still be just as serious, even after having a proven inoculation.

I got my new passport back this week I was annoyed to find out the start date of the new passport is not the expiry date of the old one like it used to be.
Up to nine months unused validity on your old passport used to be added when renewing a passport, but that option ceased, with all new applications, after 10th September 2018.
After that date the new passport renewal date starts on your application date, runs for exactly ten years, and you now 'lose' the unexpired portion left on your old passport.

New paperwork in CM for this year, full copy of passport.
That's about 20 extra pages (x2) for me.
Application form up from 1 page to 3 pages (x2)
My Non-Os from Saigon were 4 pages in total.
New paperwork in CM for this year, full copy of passport.
That's about 20 extra pages (x2) for me.
Get a new passport to save a few pieces of paper????
What are the extra application pages?
I've only ever had a two page TM 7 form, which I've always printed, front and back on a single sheet of paper. I've also saved the form in a folder so only have to change the date each year. Hardly a hassle.

I'm about to collect my replacement UK passport next week. Here's a timeline of my application.
10-9-20. applied for appointment at Trendy. Told there was a three week waiting time and currently a 6 week processing time, with currently only available on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Given an appointment for 2-10-20
Supplied docs, payment details and application, then received a confirmation email from HMPO the same day, on 2-10-20, confirming the application
2-10-20, also had a text message confirming the application had been forwarded to HMPO Liverpool
Payment deducted from my UK bank account on 6-10-20
15-10-20 email from HMPO confirming COVID-19 could delay the process by up to 8 weeks
Just four days later, on 19-10-20 had an email to say my new passport had been delivered to HMPO at Trendy already and was available for collection at any time after 21-10-20, between 11.00am - 13.00pm
21-10-20, received at text from HMPO confirming the new passport had arrived at Trendy and was available for collection after 11.00am on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday

I used my home computer, a Mac Mini. I also have the phone app but it is completely worthless.
I've just been re-reading your OP's. You said your 90 day report was due on the 20th (I assume September) and you/your agent did your extension on the 18th. you could have done your report anytime after 5th September until the 27th. Surely the agent wasn't holding your passport for over three weeks?
Had you have filed your report before the 18th, the question of the extension affecting any (possible confusing) resetting of the 90 day report by an extension would not have come into it anyway.
You are likely to be fined for filing a late report but you're not being ripped off, you'll be fined for not filing the report during the (generous?) three week period you were allowed.
As your report is is now late you can't do this one on line anyway, you have to visit Immigration to do it.

All rules were complied with. I got the same result each time....NOTHING!!!
Are you doing it using the mobile app on your phone or using the webpage on a laptop?
When I did mine in both May and July the mobile app was apparently down but worked both times using my Laptop. Due again in two weeks so I'll try the mobile app again then.

I am always amused by the posts saying "it's easy to do a 90 day report online." I have tried in many different ways, using all of the "advice" on this forum, and I have not been able to get into the system, nor do I have a password. The online system is just like everything else in Thailand. Whim of Immigration.
It always works for me. Are you sure you are trying to do your online report at the correct time? You can only do your 90 day reports online during the "fifteen day prior to due date" window that you are legible for. If you try to do it outside that window you just get a message saying you must go to your immigration office.
Prior to amnesty, the window was only seven days prior until due date. There's no "seven days after due date option" for online reports.

A few years ago I renewed my retirement Visa on the same day that my 90 day report was due. Immigration kindly informed me that I had to do my 90 day report when I got my passport back the next day. You have a 7 days grace period to file your 90 day report.
You also have a 15 day period prior to your due date so you actually have a three week grace period to file a 90 day report.
If doing it on line it was restricted to just seven days prior to due date. During COVID, when we were asked to report online if possible, it has been extended to fifteen days prior to the due date. It's easy.

the one years extension reset your 90 days report, the information that you submit to get a new extension are consider a report, a new 90 days start when they stamp your one year extension approval.
You are wrong. When you do your first extension you also register your address and, must do a 90 day report every ninety days from that date, regardless of when you renew your extensions. The only time you reset your 90 day report date is when you exit then return to Thailand using a re-entry permit, in which case your next report is due 90 days after the entry stamp in your passport. It has nothing to due with your extension dates.

Just one more minor thing that might be useful to some from when I went to Trendy yesterday. When I handed in all my documents I had typed out the application and payment forms. They wanted to give them back to me and offered new forms, saying they must be hand written. I pointed out that, due to arthritis I found it very difficult to write by hand and explained that typing the forms out meant they were neat and legible. But if I had to write them out, they would be returned because they would be totally ineligible by the time I'd reached the bottom of the first page.
They were more than happy to accept the typed out versions ????.

Thanks. im there next week so good to know. Hopefully the ones that do the photos at Trendy should have enough experience to comply with the UK requirements. Ive had enough of other photo shops telling me "is ok" when it very clearly isnt haha
The photo booth I was talking about I an automatic photo booth so the photos should be correctly sized, not somebody in a shop taking the photos.

Is that a booth or a shop? Is it still there and open? Thanks
I went to Trendy this morning. The shop doing photos on the ground floor is still open. There is also a photo booth outside a small shop just a few yards from Trendy, towards the Sukumvit.

I changed my extension from retirement to marriage at Si Racha in March. Attached is the document list, in Thai, I was given (plus the English translated version). Straight forward and not a problem, although some offices do only give the Thai language version.
What Immigration Office do you go to? Can you post the the list you were given?

That message normally comes up if you are trying to report outside the fifteen day window for on line reporting. Unlike reporting in the IO, you can't due an on line report after the due date. It must be up to fifteen days prior to it.

You need to make an appointment at Trendy to take your completed application there. I am going on Friday next week and there was a three week wait for appointments. When you ask for a date and time remember they are currently only open three days a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I'm told it's currently taking 6-8 weeks to get your new passport. Vistana, you need to take you application to Trendy in person. Email address is in the attachment. Overseas British passport applications - general info.docx

Your one year extension of stay will start from the day your 60 day extension ends.
You can apply for it up 30 days early but you must remember that if you using the 400k baht option it must be in the bank for 2 months on the day you apply.
I thought that if it was a first/initial application (when changing from a different extension of stay) it was treated as a new (eg: marriage) application and would start on the date of the application, not the date the existing extension ends.
At least, when I changed from a retirement extension (expiring 17th March) to a marriage extension (applied 28th February) the new marriage extension started on 28th February. Is it different rules when changing from a short (30/60 day) extension to a different twelve month extension?

But, please, what ‘document‘ is ‘appropriate’ (at Jomtien IO) for each of the following:
UK government pension
UK occupational pension
Annuity
Investments: dividends, capital gains, rents, etc.
When must it be dated and what must be stated? Does it need some official stamps or signatures?
The simplest would perhaps be HMRC documents but they do not necessarily indicate the source with adequate precision. Or can I just write it all down and sign it!
Another method if indicating that the money is mine to send here is my UK bank account statements, highlighting the relevant credits and debits. Thus is the immediate source of all the monthly payments.
Any ideas welcome, or (redacted) examples of such a complex multi-source case. TIA.
When I did my marriage extension at Si Racha (still part of Chonburi immigration and uses the same requirements as Jomtien) in February this year I supplied the following with regard to the financial requirements:
State pension.............................annual statement from the DWP in the UK showing payment for current year
Occupational pension..............annual statement from the provider showing current payment for the year
Annuity........................................annual statement from the provider showing current payment for the year
Each statement is on headed paper so also confirmed the source of my income.
I also took the original letters confirming when each pension started, although these weren't asked for.
An annual/current Tax statement from HMRC which both confirms my current taxable income and lists my income sources.
A statement from my UK bank account showing all monthly/four weekly transfers from each pension provider for the year plus transfers made every month to Transferwise.
A PDF supplied by Transferwise of every transfer going directly to my Bangkok bank.
A one year bank statement from Bangkok bank showing the required transfers originated from overseas, with an FTT code.
A letter from Bangkok bank confirming the account remains active and is solely in my name.
A photocopy of every page in my Bangkok Bank Book.
I also produced a spreadsheet showing every single transfer made, the date sent and the amount, etc. the IO actually complimented me on this because they could easily use it to cross reference any part of the info they were looking at.

"....It's convenient not having to carry your passport around..."
I was travelling from my village to XYZ by the public green bus. The bus was stopped and a policeman entered. I showed him the "Pink iD" and he was not happy at all. He asked me for my passport and told me not to show the "Pink iD" the next time. I was asked very intimidating questions. I was thinking at that moment, that this iD is more a burden. Anybody making similar experiences?
I've only ever been asked for ID three times, but unlike you report, my pink card has always been accepted without question. Twice I've been stopped on the way home to Chonburi at about 2am. The other time was at a normal daytime roadside check in Bangkok. My card was never even queried and recognised straight away. Were you perhaps in a more remote part of Thailand, where maybe that officer had not even seen a pink card before?

The paperwork the police use is designed to be completed using a thai id card, not a passport that will have a different number or digits. The lazy officer probably doesn't know how to complete lt using not enough/too many digits for the number of boxes provided on the form.
