Scumbags, if anything they have deterred people from wanting to visit this horrible resort. Or the country for that matter, considering the courts took this ridiculous suit seriously. Visit Thailand, get jailed for nonsense.

The mask in the picture is almost useless. Why aren't people at least wearing FFP3 masks?

I would guess he had to for tax reasons.

Why is he wearing a useless surgical mask then? Everyone i every country that does not wear a ffp3 grade mask should not be allowed to leave their homes.

I would be really surprised if I didn't get paid for time spent at work. If it ever happened I would issue a demand for the money to my employer, if they refused I would issue for their bankruptcy and the govt would pay me instead. Then again, I don't live in Thailand, workers' rights probably don't exist there.

45 minutes extra? Say you make 1k baht an hour, that adds 750 baht to your daily salary. Sucks to wake up earlier but after a month that's at least 15k extra pay.

Just like I would say to Arabs coming to Europe and do nothing but complain, why not just go back home? Of course they won't, and I suspect the expat in Thailand won't either. For the Arabs it's the welfare keeping them in the countries they hate. What might be the thing keeping the westerner that hates Thailand in Thailand? Hmm... 

Why is beer expensive in Thailand (compared to general price levels)? I guess it is for the same reason beer is expensive in nanny state Norway and some extreme Islamic countries. Moralistic taxation/sin tax. Even though the Norwegian currency has gone down the drain (compared to USD and THB at least) I'd still have trouble finding anywhere with more expensive beer in the supermarket than Norway. Converted to baht, I'd say a 500 ml can would be about 100 thb here, so Thailand still has "cheap" beer for me. However, I'd rather go to Spain if binge drinking was the only point of traveling (0.25€ beer, how is it even possible?).
