Each waiver is for two years, as we know, but what if one has got 3 waivers and they didn't exceed more than 4 years altogether. Could one apply for one more two year waiver?

I hold a Master's degree in Education. Can I apply for a teaching license right of the bat without meeting any other requirements?

Is it possible to get a non-b whilst in Thailand on a visa exempt stamp? I heard over three years ago that it was possible yet my school demanded of me to go to Laos and get a tourist visa to convert it into a non-b when I'm back so I did. This source says it can be done:

Is there any way to avoid buying it? Like buying a ticket and then cancelling it or some "fake" ticket?

Can I get a tourist visa in Vientiane just afters spending some time in Thailand on the visa exempt? There's some 6 month rule I cannot understand right because of a lack of logic in what the Thais wrote.

I wonder which of those would be better for holding a marriage visa. I don't like the idea of keeping 400k in a bank because it's "dead" money but on the other hand I would have to pay an agency every year. What would you do, guys?

Is it better to do it yourself since the process seems to be straightforward or it's better to pay 10k Bhat and have an agency do it for you? I'm asking since Thailand is a country of wonders. ????

My former direct superior has some mental issues and at some point he turned against me. On top of that,  a native math teacher arrived at the school. I was teaching math. I applied for a non-b in my country and I would have got it if not for the previous (Thai) employer who denigrated me when the school had asked about me. The school decided to terminate my contract and they informed the embassy. The embassy put a stamp (VOID) on my visa. Will I encounter any problems getting a non-b because of that in the future?

I converted my non-b extension into a non-0 extension over one year ago and then I got a covid extension twice. It expires in two weeks. Can I get another extension or it depends on the office?

Hello everybody.

I handed my resignation letter to the head of our Program on Monday (5th) and it says I leave on the 6th of November. Now I need to get the termination letter from the school, which says my employment ends on the 6th of November. Is the school obliged to issue that letter for me or may it be a problem to get it from them if they were not willing to do so?

The approval of my resignation was given on LINE only, nothing on paper. The school is struggling with the lack of teachers and I'm concerned about getting that letter from them. Please, help.

I think this is the last question concerning the matter; say the extension of my non B expired in six months but I would like to switch to that non 0 "Marriage" extension right now, is it possible to do it or I would have to wait around six months and apply for it just before my non B extension expiration date?
