Oh come on, that is just foolishness.  There are a lot of other behavioral norms that must be met to gain the right to sit in a bar.  Just buying a drink does not qualify.

And may i asked, what are the Behavioral Norms, to gain the right to sit in a bar.

Would presume that BB would notify you of whatever changes are in store.  My guess is your pension is not paid directly into KSK branch but into some central receiving account or bank in Bangkok.  You could stop by and ask the KSK branch but I'd guess they would not know as yet exactly what will happen....but it'll get sorted out in the next week or two.

Mny Thks, CMBob, your reply is greatly appreciated,❤❤❤

The only time we paid 20,000 baht/month for a 3.5 million baht condo was the first year off the boat.  After that with every move our rent has decreased and the quality increased, especially when we've reached agreements where we make modifications to our taste in exchange for a long lease.

We've enjoyed the freedom to move, as in when we realized we were going to lose our view of Doi Suthep because of construction of a neighboring condo, we started to get the word out that we wanted a different unit higher up in the building where our view wouldn't be blocked.  We would have been SOL if we owned that previous unit.  We had time and eventually the right unit opened up.  Unadvertised, of course.

We've never had owner inspections or deposits withheld unreasonably.  Admittedly our cats have done some damages and I've been surprised that more money wasn't withheld for the damages the little dears caused, but we were honest with owners that we didn't expect a full refund and pointed out the cabinets they'd scratched and window screens they'd ruined.

A Thai lady I knew a few years back had an apartment in your block kitted out as a dungeon, whips, chains on the wall, etc. Nobody seemed bothered with all the male callers coming and going.

And a Thai Lady ,did a swan dive from a upper floor and missed the  small pool and was splattered to smitherine,s  on the concrete decking, early 2000,s????

As with any real estate - Location is the key.

Desirable properties will always find buyers.

It is the low and mid range offerings that become stagnant.

Perhap,s very true, but Supply and Demand is the Kingpin ,IMO,

Is it the regular thing to get 30% discount from the price, first asked?

Sincere appology,s for the late reply.

Yes, you would be a mug  if  u did,nt, personally i would throw a low curve ball of 50 % Discount, as starter,s to the Seller, and  let the barter begin,

Presently their are loads of Lemons,in your price range largely due  to a massive over supply, and very sadly Cmai has lost it,s golden shine for many reason,s ,not to mention the Covid Virus ,which is here now, and IMO for sometime  too,

Again,  you hold all the Ace,s,  importantly play hardball with your Agent and Seller ,as you have the Dough Ray Me ,not a lot around thease  days  in Cmai????

Thank you Mr One Size Fits All.
Sorry you don’t have enough money to use everywhere else and plenty left over to pay an agent.

Agent costs about the same as a good dinner so really not much.

So far ,this Visa yr .my extension retirement and two 90 day reports drive through at the Cmai Immgr Dept have taken approx 4 hrs in total as a DIY

BTW all the above 3 ,have been posted here????????  as for your sarcastic remark of  not having money ???????? i cuddle my money and spend wisely, With the Zoo day,s presently over  and Cmai Immgr dept  being very quite in numbers ,for any visa the Visa Agents are a busted flush  as DIY IS presently a easy task.

Summing up, over the last 6 months my previous Visa Agents who i have  engaged during the Zoo Days have pleasantly canvassed for my Visa business etc etc to return

Smell the coffee ,again they are a Busted Flush
