This is probably a disqualifier on its own, regardless of anything else. I was asked for a clear booking of at least 3m, prepaid and payment acknowledged by the accomodation. One of the criteria, according to the embassy (country in Europe) was that the STV is for people who have long stay arrangements (ie own a place or long term rent / yearly lease or booked and prepaid for long term / at least 3m).

For a hotel you would need a centrally managed system.

I would recommend unifi/ubiquity (https://unifi-network.ui.com) but there's others to choose from too (eg mikrotik, cisco). Message me if you want to chat, I've set a few systems up.
