Thanks, will drop by. Seem to remember there was a place in Bangkok that does it with oem stuff so it was relatively cheaper than the brand names. But that was some years ago.

Unless you're thinking of a 3some (or more), never understood the idea of bringing a gf to these places... Kinda missing the point 55

And <deleted> would you do that. This is the guy who denied Japanese atrocities during ww2 and would mount another attack on its neighbors if he was successful in overturning article 9.

Don't like the idea as a foreigned, but totally understand. Wish my government would do something smart like that

If we thought of doing this in Australia we would be branded racist and face fines. No matter where you come from even Thailand you pay the same as locals.
Why would you be considerded racist...it local and foreign... If you were targeting a specific group like the Chinese, then yes.

You think tourists come here to read the everchanging rules of the administration 4 times a day in the local media?
And when, as tourists, the arrive at KS and see revelling, water guns for sale and people having a water fight that they should know its an illegal activity?
And on your attempt at "bridging" to a US tragedy, yes I do blame the accessibility to lethal weapons in America as the much as the root cause as their divisive politics and the sheer math that theres so many of them (as a population) means some are going to being retarded in some way. Indeed of those 3 3 taking away the lethal weapons accessibility may be the only way to reduce more such incidences in the future.
It is the tourist responsibility to know the local customs and laws (you don't have to be lawyer) in the country you're visiting. For example, weed is legal in some states and Canada, try crossing into Malaysia and Indonesia with it,they hang you.

It remains so fascinating that several users here push the narrative that Thais have some sort of next-level peacefulness, when we see so many instances of Thais killing each other over the slightest and most trivial indiscretions.
Very sad for an evening to end up this way. Especially attacked from behind with a weapon.
So often we see this senseless violence, normally followed by the perpetrator being led away and warning others not to be like them. I wish they would teach about consequences a little more here. But then maybe it wouldn't be as fun or relaxing as it is...
Why put on the moral cap, they were a bunch of drunks. Vs in America, where innocent elderlies get attacked just because they are Asians.

Having been to many of the places on the list, If you add safety as a factor, the top half of the list would drop off. Portugal, Spain and France are fine but cost a lot to live as an expat. So I would agree Thailand should be near the top.
And Ireland, really 55,i guess if you like drinking.

Tell your mind what you want to do when you step up to the ball, if you don't a plan, plan to fail.

I am too afraid myself to go into one, and sounds just too silly with social distancing at these places. My buddy did go to the place tat starts with B and P in walking street, and he said they follow the guidelines face shields, etc. But clubs like B0ne and Billy wood, none of that applies... No wonder they cant get it under control.

Curious anyone been inside since they have reopened, any social distancing or mask 55
