It is regarding getting a guardian visa for a NON Thai Child.  

I live in Downtown Bangkok and am looking for agency recommendations to assist with VISA issues I am currently having.  Can anyone recommend someone?

I have come into a desperate situation.  

To make a long complicated story short, this is where I'm at.

I have been a stay at home parent supporting my spouse in Thailand for 4 years. 

I am in need of a guardian visa alongside my sons ED Visa, in order to stay with my child.  My soon to be ex spouse is unwilling to provide the 500K assets needed for this. 

Are there agents out there that are able to provide <assistance>?  Please message me if you know of anyone.
