What day does your extension of stay expire? If it still hasn't expired, you are not on overstay. The under consideration date is not set in stone.

My former covid extension expired 19th of november. I went the 19th of november and paid the 1900 baht for a new covid extension and got the under consideration stamp that says I have to come back 30th of november. I just forgot it so now I will be 3 days late when I go tomorrow.

you got an extension in 12 days?

My report back date is normally one month after submission of about 4" of paperwork!

I got the under consideration stamp that says I have to come back 30th of november. When I got it before it was normal 1 week after I had to come back, but this time it was a little longer.

  3. I entered through land border and was stamped in for 30 days and then I got 30 days extension before I went on amnesty. I then obtained 60 days extension before september 26 based on having a Thai child. My 60 days extension ends around november 23 if I remember correct.

If I understand correct, I can go to immigration and ask them for change my date, so it goes from november 1 until December 31? Or is it only if you got the 60 days extension through NON O visa?

My immigration is in Phuket Town btw and I am aware of the post before saying can not do in phuket. But it might (I hope so) just be a rude staff.

  4. Anyone have experience with that company?

I will go phuket immigration tomorrow and get 60 days extension based on having a child here.

I talked with TMT visaservice and asked about my options after that. They told me that they can give me a 1 year visa and the cost is 35.000 baht without showing money or 30.000 baht with showing money. I have no experience with visa agents so I would like to hear if that is the normal price and if you have any experience with TMT visaservice.

    Yes for both.

You put 60 days and write to vist my Thai child in the space for the reason.

I actually did that yesterday but when I went to the information desk to get a number the officer looked at my papers and wrote 30 Days and deleted 60 days that I wrote already and told me to buy 30 Days for 1900 baht and then go in and buy 30 Days more for 1900 baht. I was so confused 555

    Yes it can be done.

It can depend upon the office where you apply for it though but most will do it.

Okay that is good news. I thought it were 60 days extension only or 30 days only. That i had to choose. I apply at immigration in Phuket town btw. Do you know if I have to fill out the normal form like I do with the 30 days extension and then just write 60 days on how many Days i want to extend? Think it is called TM7 if I remember correct.

It seems there might be some confusion about what they were telling you. You can only get one 30 day extension per entry.

You could get the 30 day extension and then the 60 day extension to visit your child near the end of it at most immigration offices.

Just to be sure I understand you correct.

I am now on my 30 days extension bought at immigration for 1900 baht. It Will expire 29th of december. If I go to immigration before 29th december i can buy 60 days more? That would give me a total extension of 90 days

  8. Hello TVF. I am new to this forum but have recently read a lot in here.

I am on a tourist visa now, that I was planning to extend by 30 days more. I was told that I can extend it by 60 days because I have a thai child (born almost 2 months ago).

I went to immigration in Phuket town today, and I was told that I had to pay 2 x 1900 baht. First I had to pay the 1900 baht for the 30 days extension, and then I should go upstairs and get 30 days more based on having a thai child for 1900 baht again. I only had about 2500 baht on me because I was under the impression that it was only 1900 baht for the 60 days extension. Then the officer told me no problem.. I just get the 30 days extension now, and then I can come back to immigration during the 30 days, and get 30 days more for 1900 baht. I must say that I doubt it all, but of course it can just be me who has misunderstood all I have read online.

    Can someone enlighten me?

    Thank you so much.
