   Are there any ramifications if I don’t use my re-entry permit if II,for example,don’t leave Thailand

   as originally planned and just stay here on my retirement extension.will this cause any problems

  with the next retirement extension or 90day report.

Anyone know how long it takes for delvery  by Greenlab.Ordered last saturday and as off today 

nothing has arrived.delivery adress is in Korat provincie.

 I live in Thailand and used to spend every year 2 months with the GF and daughter in Phuket.

Spend all my money in the local economy and when we go to the bar I give the ladies some LD.

This year however,if they don’t change the rules ie no alcohol,PCR test on entry….I will go spend my

money somewhere else.I’m due to get my 2nd AZ shot next month and normally would then go to Phuket,as usual, for 2 months but not this year if nothing changes

Wouldn’t it be better to make sure that the whole of Thailand has got 2 Jabs before storting with

boosters in Phuket or do Phuket citizens have some sort of elite status compared with the rest of Thailand

   I’ll be using the Korat Office.living together and paying the

   Bills ???????? but all in girlfriend name.allways done my TM 30

   and everything by the rules.

   Was just thinking of getting a rental contract made up in case

    Immigration would make a problem about this.Maybe somebody

    in same position and also using Korat Office know about this?

  Hi there,I’m current on a non o thai child which will expire in march.I will be 50

  end of february and gonna apply for retirement extension because this is the least

  hassle and the money is no problem.What I want too know is do I have to show a rental

  contract or is it ok to just show the TM 30 form as I’m living together with my baby and 

  girlfriend (Mother of our child) in the house of my girlfriend and obviously don’t pay rent.

  As you never can be sure with immigration and they maybe demand to see a rental contract

  in order to give me the extension I just could make one to please them if necessary.

 Hi,Thanks Joe, I was scared I would have to go back to Savannakhet too apply for a new non o based upon retirement but I can just extend this visa for 1 year if I meet all the requirements if I understand your post correct.Thanks for the info

  Is it possible to change a non immigrant o child to a non immigrant o retirement at the immigration Office in Thailand? Visa will expire on the 9th of march and I will turn 50 end of february,I signed the birth certificate

but I’m not the legal parent as I’m not married and child is just 7 weeks young.Money in the bank is no problem
