I have heard about Hungarian and Thai companies produced in Koh Phangan good quality fruit brandy with banana, mango, etc. I found them on the internet. They called " Phangan spirit". Also, I saw in Phuket a Thai French distillery company call "Chalong bay rum". The know-how, distillery equipment. and Thai partner exists. Anyone who has particular information about this, please help us to find a way to start or decide our next step.
