weight often does not say much, im heavier then you and around the same lenght. Got visible abs lower too.. so fat below 12-13% i guess. Not exactly sure. Muscles weigh a lot so the weight quotes don't really say a lot.

I seen skinny fat people too, no muscle in sight.. look skinny but still a belly. Its about fat not weight.. but for those who train its hard to find a good way to estimate fat as fat scales don't work well for muscular guys and skin calipers have a large margin of error. For me its always a measuring tape around the waist to see if im getting fatter or if its muscle.

Food wise for me its always a mix of (healthy) carbs / veggies / fruits /meat and fish and fat. Now that i really cut out sugar results come fast.

Unfortunately still an minor shoulder injury. I hope that it is gone in a few weeks. I really want to be able to do DB or barbell bench and shoulder press. I could do shoulder press without  pain but feel it is not helpful (inflamed tendon). So now mainly other lifting.

I thought u would be around 10% body fat if you can see lower abs, I'm around 10% at the moment

Mainly small fish like bream and roach.

Must say you dug up a really old post. I seen things that looked like maggots at JJ market the pet part.

Ah, I always thought you were more a carp angler, some nice carp fishing in Holland. I always wanted to have a trip there for some carp fishing but never got around to it.

According to the gf who saw me use maggots for fishing on our last trip to Holland they are available on JJmarket. I must say i haven't seen them there.

What did you used to fish for when you lived in Holland?

Nope, sorry.  You misunderstood my post- the amount of powder is 2.2kg, but it contains 29 servings of 24g of protein- that's 696 grams of protein in 2.2kg of powder.  The Muscle Juice is a way better deal per gram of protein.

This is the label from the 2.2kg On container- it clearly says protein is only 48% of each serving:

    0-BC4-B697-4-E94-4490-BDCC-B38-D3-DC6547

Its around 70 servings on a 2.2 tub, that label is for a smaller tub.

Thaifood famous in the world, thai Muay Tai boxing, Thai smile, Thai massage, Thai dye, top 4 tourist destination in world, 39 million fly the plane last year to visit the Thai people.

What you say? I forget already.

    Do you mean tie dye?

Huh?  Some European countries rely on tourism for significant revenue.  Italy is about 12% and Greece 18%, for example.  Spain 11%.  Portugal 19%.  UK 11%.  France 9%.  Same for all the Caribbean countries, Mexico, and some of the central American countries.  Indonesia.  Iceland.  And, American states like Florida and Hawaii.   So, Thailand is not 'very different'.

    UK last year was 7.2%

Do a ketogenic diet (eat whatever fat and protein, no sugars and carbs) and eat max 1200 cal per day. Thank me in 2 months . After 3-4 days you will see fat disappearing overnight.

You would lose weight if you ate carbs as well on only 1200 calories.

Don't forget the Russian pioneers forging a new fashion trend using the brightest, high visibility fluorescent combination of as many colors as possible thrown together in a technocolor mish mash of psychedelic vomit.

Better than the usual dress sense of a few expats around Pattaya.
