I've Solinba to hook it to my bench top power supply and see if it would get warm, at 18v and 5 amps, it never got more than a few degrees warmer than ambient, and it's efficiency was 90+% percent according to my fluke mulimeter and kill-a-watt. Truly surprising for such a cheap unit.

Any thoughts on the TENKOO LED Solar Street Lights of products? I've been happy with them for my garden. They make other models as well, higher and lower current.
