One thing I would definitely change is the kitchen design. 

1) you should not have the kitchen island narrow end to the hob. This is definitely a no no. 

2) you need more units for storing kitchen equipment etc etc. 

Lovely looking house but you need to start from scratch with the kitchen.. It's a terrible design, wasted space everywhere.

1000 baht for the blood stain is a gift. I would have wanted you to pay a new mattress. Who the hell wants to sleep on a blood stained mattress? 

15000 for the door sounds a bit ove the top if your telling the truth that it's only the glass. Anyway you should have replaced it at the time. 

I smell a rat here. You say you left the condo for 2 days while it was covered up. 2 days to cover up a hole???? 

My advice, be a man and pay up what you owe.

If you need it urgently,,,,When you go there explain you need it urgently with 1500 baht in hand. You will get it at most in 3 days or as soon as the chief who signs them comes in.

The secret is in the wording, "Hire Purchase." 

The person is basically renting the bike for 36 months and on the 36th month can decide to purchase it for a nominal fee. 

There is no interest at all charged. It is what it is stated as in the contract. An agreement to hire it and option to purchase on the last rental payment.
