If a Thai Divorce Decree states in 1 section that the "husband is responsible for all debt" and in another section
that the wife will pay so much can it be considered that the wife choose to pay is "voluntary" and the divorce
decree states that the "husband will be responsible for all debt" would be considered mandatory? What would
be the wife's legal remedy is she was assigned debt and wanted to challenge it based on the Divorce Decree?
Does she have to go back to court for clarification? What would be Thai Legal course of action to resolve this
matter?
