Does Phangnga ( Khao Lak ) has its own sand box program? Or we still need to book SHA plus hotel for 7 days at Phuket ? Thanks 

Good evening. We are flying back to Europe on 2 May from Bangkok. I now puzzled what will be the easiest option to get to Bangkok from Phangnga- by road ( we are still in orange but will transit through red zones + block posts etc . Or flight from Phuket ( is there any restrictions to get from Phangnga to Phuket and what is there are any further problems can occurred at the airport ( forced tests before departure, cancellation etc ? ) thanks 

Thanks , I still puzzled though. On Thai embassy site is 14 days , Thai MFO is 14 days - in fact is 15 because they did not count first day ? Why not 2nd and 3 rd day as well ? Strange

In other words you have to do 14 full days not counting the day of arrival or the day of departure.

Hi , does anybody knows if Thailand has a different way of counting 14 quarantine days? I cannot find anywhere information on Thailand . Since corona we had to stay in self isolation twice : 14 days in Ukraine and 10 days in United Kingdom- both countries count 14 days by 24 hours ( or 10 by 24 hrs ) from the time you enter the country . Also find some information on Australian and NZ quarantine it’s could be even couple of hours less then full 14 by 24 ( the quarantine is ends on day 14 th mid- day no matter what time you arrived into country as long as it before midnight)  Here is however in Thailand 14 days in actually 16 days ( 15 nights ) that’s what ASQ hotels package is . I have written to Thai embassy - they said: quarantine is  14 days ? Not 16 or 15 ?!!! What is going on ? When actually I can leave ASQ facilities?

The house and land is registered as a company of course . We stay here 4-5 months each winter . 

Hi , went today to visit our accountant. He just notified me that on the top of his usual 18K annual accounting charges there is a new tax was introduced this year and we will have to pay from what I understood ( his English is very poor) from 4000 to 6000 baht extra each year depending on valuation( if house valued under 2 million 4000 and over 6000 ) . Not trusting this chap however we inherited him from previous owner of the house and land . Anyone know something about it ? Thanks
