Back to the present day, I recently bought a very fresh batch of NKP red string from a distributors house on the Mekong river in NKP. I had lived near that area for years (now living in Phuket) and have some good friends there that pointed me in the right direction during a road trip we recently took up there.

This is the best brick weed I have sampled since forever. The very clean and clear quality of the high is far better than any of the old brown brick weed from the past and made me think of the old Thai stick days. The smell is also very similar to the original Thai stick weed, as I remember it.

Where I am staying now in Phuket, I can walk to 5 or 10 different weed shops in a few minutes. Seems like a new shop opens every day. But they will no longer be seeing my face in any of those shops. The weed they are selling looks very nice, but costs hundreds of times more per gram than the 3.3฿ per gram that I paid for my NKP brick weed. And there is very little difference in the strength. I still have some of the megabuck weed that I bought before our road trip to compare it to directly.  

Happy days are here again. "Highly" recommended.

The point is it should be free. This thread is about corruption. There was also no choice to collect it tomorrow if payment wasn't made, once they have your passport, you have no choice. I didn't pay 500 after some negotiations in Thai, but i still had to pay.

Patong Immigration office now also charging 500 baht for a certificate of residence which should be free. I went last month and was told 'new rules'.

Thanks, sadly i don't have a photo of my car license, only my bike license, would that work or is it a different qr code?

Can't say much more really. It just didn't do anything for me, and several other posters have commented that they thought it was cbd cherry wine, not thc cherry white. For 250 baht I'm not concerned, i will use it as a filler rather than tobacco to roll my other strains with.

Fair points, just giving my opinion. If the cherry white is better than the sour diesel (which i havent tried), then in my opinion the sour diesel must have been dreadful. Just smoked another half pure joint of the cherry, again, mild buzz, but nothing more. Mine had no smell whatsoever and someone else said there;s smelt like cut grass , so maybe we have had different batches from the same supplier as the 5 reviews are all different

I got the Cherry white not long after i posted yesterday. First thing i noticed was there was no smell whatsoever to it, that made me immediately think it was cbd. Rolled a pure joint, smoked half and got a mild buzz. I'd say the thc level was 8- 10%. Won't purchase again.

Someone posted it was better than the sour diesel they had previously got from the same seller, and the sour diesel was excellent, but not sure how that would apply as at best the cherry white is average in my opinion, but may appeal price wise to the casual smoker.
