There is no cure for the flu Sherlock, only some medications that will shorten and decrease the symptoms, but only when you take them within the first 2 days of the onset of the symptoms.

Educated yourself before you try to put some else in place with capitals...

Airlines will fly no matter what restrictions (except a ban of course), just to keep their slot in the flight program. They've been doing that up until the last day before the ban on flying. Some 747's (at the last days) only carried 30 or 40 passengers. When airlines don't make use of their landing rights (slot) those rights will be given to an other airline company who is willing to fill that slot. And it will take some time before they get their slot back.

What test? There is no test for CVD19, they never isolated the "virus" so that a proper test could be manufactured. The hospitals are using a test that will show Corona related material. 99.9% of all tested people have that in their system. Please everybody talking about test this and test that, read up on it.
