That's pretty funny, i'm heading into the desert myself next week from Las Vegas, I'm going to do the free camping with a tent, you can stay up to 14-30 days at each place with no problems depending on length of stay each allows, plus i want to go metal detecting to pass the time, so may end up on any BLM land, since you can camp anywhere there and metal detect.

Lake Mead and places like that don't allow metal detecting, but have ok cellphone service to keep in touch with my wife, i'm going to check a few places in the next couple of days, one i really like in the hills, but may not have cellphone services.

Testing in America has actually gone UP since June 19, 2020 per million as well as other Western & Muslim/Arab Countries.

I was there for 10 years it used to be 3 days, then it went to 90 days.

IT ALSO USED TO BE 200,000 BAHT AND THAT WAS WHEN THE BAHT WAS MORE IN EVERYONE'S FAVOR.

It's going to have to come back to the 200,000 if they want to keep the baht so low compared to other currencies worldwide or eliminate it all together for married foreigners.

800,000 baht is also much to high for a retired person whether he has income from overseas or not due to the baht, this should also go back to 400,000 or eliminate it all together if he has an investment in Thailand.

Its pretty funny that the homeless here in Las Vegas who are out in the Sun all day seem to be looking much healthier [ I know they are homeless ] people downtown have been jogging, biking, skateboarding since it closed down and I haven't heard of any of them getting sick and I belong to quite of few groups and walk to downtown twice a day about a mile away, once in the morning and once at night.

You go to the land office with the owner of the land and have them print out the value of the land and make sure they didn't pawn the land deed, then you go from there.

It cost me 300,000 baht to get the deed from the other government agency that allows people to borrow on the deed [ my wife brother ] the deed must be in hand, ask to see the original deed, so you know they didn't pawn it with someone else either.

There is no money in rice farming unless you're the middle man, the guy with the 10 million baht house setting the price per kg, at 12 -15 baht with a line of rice farmers waiting to sell.

If you buy the land plant trees in-between the rice fields that they sell for wood, not much to buy each seedling and they grow without having to do anything.

You could also plant fruit trees, the rice still grows in shady areas, plant them on the inside rice fields not on the property line, I do have some on the property line but a shrub type plant and if it goes over you're property line you have to cut it if the owner asks or share that side of the shrub or fruit tree with the owner, its his fruit.
