If he thinks Thailand's ratio is lower when compared to other countries, he is no logician.

Of course it is lower: 0.08/100,000 compared to 33.56, 43.51, and 60.95 is, the way I understand math, a substantially lower rate.

I never received an approval from immigration when I applied online for a 90 day report, so I can't complete it. I am wondering that since it does not have to be done until July 31, can it be done anytime until then, even after the due date?
