will any one know if the banks are changing flang money

can you tell me if i can still exchange money at the bank flange like  $,or uk pounds some one tell me it stopped.

well i think the ban is stupid i live in the county side and buy boxes of beer and do the shopping at the same time every two week and drink at home so do all the Thais i know and thy only drink low cow. now if thy band cigarettes you would still have to go to the shop.

i go to the market every two week to fill fezzza and get 4 box's of beer at the same place go home eat and drink beer so y the ban on beer. if you smoke you go to shop and buy cigs so y not beer.
